“For many years I have gone to Patron’s with family and friends. But this review is specific to my latest experience with them. My husband was celebrating his 50th birthday and we decided to do catering through them. My expectations weren’t only met but exceeded substantially! Everything was delicious as usual—we ordered mixed fajitas, choripollo, rice and beans, chips and queso. I did a pickup order and everything was labeled and packaged well for quick set up. Lots of compliments from our guests too— thanks!“

“A group of 8 went to celebrate Galentine's. The service was amazing. They checked on us frequently to make everything was good. They played birthday song for someone else and notice we sang and were wishing happy birthday to someone at our table. Boom they brought the hat, a dessert and played the music again for us. “Overall was good when I visited. They did get my meat wrong though as I had asked for steak and was given chicken. I didn’t want to food waste so I told them I would eat the chicken if they were just going to toss it out but they could’ve given me a partial refund or even just an extra sope with the steak since it was their mistake and not mine.

Really small space so best if you’re grabbing takeaway or just solo for a quick meal alone.“

Also I find it to be extremely overpriced considering quantity and quality of food, wanted to say something about it sooner but when I went to leave a review I saw other poor reviews where Azul actually was so rude, clapping back by telling the unhappy customer “we’re not going to apologize for being busy” which is so cringe and beyond unprofessional. “I experienced the most amazing service at this chipotle restaurant on 9/9. After a long day, I walked out and my takeout bag broke, sending all of my food scattered on the ground. The workers were so generous and remade my whole order, no questions asked. They even asked me if I would like a drink while I was waiting. As I was cleaning up the mess outside, the workers came out and told me not to worry about it. I was blown away by their kindness!! I was about to go home empty handed, but the employees went out of their way and I’m so grateful!“

“This is THE best chipotle around. I live in Shaler so the brand new Chipotle on Camp Horne is closest but they literally never have anything available after 6pm. This is the one you want to come to.
