“I like this Dunkin. They have vastly improved from when they first opened. It used to just be not good at all, but I find myself going here more often than not. And the drive thru people are always really nice.

“There’s a new location in the Prickett Preserve shopping center in Yardley! If you haven’t visited a Duck location before, it’s a pretty neat experience. Either pick some flavors from their menu or whip up a few of your own. Watch them fry the donuts fresh, then assemble right in front of you! It’s a fun experience that is both adult and kid-friendly.

We ordered a bunch of holiday flavors + an iced peppermint mocha. While I love a specialty donut here and there, the chocolate iced will always have my heart.

“Coffee is (very) hot and fresh. The avocado toast is tasty and filling. And the service is fast and friendly. The drive-through line can get pretty long in the morning, but they get you through it quickly.

The only thing I had a problem with is the bathroom is the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen I was really grossed out. So bad I would not even wash my hands in the sink. “This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“Got here the night before my appointment. Appointment was for 5am. I checked in at 4:55. I was given a dock & they started unloading right after I backed in. Done by 6:20 Great place to come to. Overnight parking available as well don’t listen to old reviews.“

“I made an order through the drive thru around noon today and I just wanted to say how amazing the service was! The man at the window, Tristan was amazing. He has such a great personality and helped me with my Dunkin' rewards on the app.

The food is always good at Dunkin', but at other locations the workers are not so nice. I would definitely recommend this location in Morrell Plaza. They have 2 places to order at the drive thru for quick service, and they have workers like Tristan who love their job and help to brighten your day!

“Employees are very nice, I got a Boston Creme and an iced chai latte, both very good for a Dunkin. The shopping plaza has a very interesting layout and the exterior of the stores feel very outdated, otherwise a nice dunkin. I highly recommend it if you want a quick treat or a drink.“

“For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! “This location is a hit or miss. There's a high turnover in staff so you never know how experienced the person at the window is.Today I tried a breakfast veggie bowl and really loved it. It's spicy though and I didn't know that ahead of time so it's a good thing I like a little spice once in a while. But my order was correct and it was done promptly so I was in and out of the drive-thru in under 5 minutes so I'm happy. Today was a good day so I'm giving them 4 stars.“

“This is one of my favorite locations to visit !! The staff here are incredibly amazing ! They are always so friendly and so welcoming every morning, no matter how busy they are! They actually greet you, give you a total and say thank you as you leave. By far the most pleasant staff, most locations have miserable employees. Orders are also always made well.“

“Standard Dunkin/gas station. They will make your order quickly, though. The younger employees speak perfect English. The older ones can be a little harder to understand. But, they always get my orders correct. So, ultimately, it doesn't affect anything. They have skill games, too. If gambling is your thing.“

“Whether my Mom and I go to the Drive-Thru together or individually, we ALWAYS have a positive experience at this Dunkin location (at corner of Briggs Rd. and Rt. 38 in Mount Laurel, across from Ruby Tuesday and Dearborn Circle shopping center)! Most of the staff are very friendly, and they are always very accommodating and efficient. I have worked in customer-facing roles in various industries for over 10 years, so I know exceptional vs. poor service, and overall, the staff at this Dunkin provide consistently great service!
