“I love this Dunkin and pass by most Saturdays as my toddler’s occupational therapist is 3 minutes away. They move the drive thru line very quickly with a smile, and they never mess up. My toddler’s glazed munchkins are always fresh and this is the only place I’ll occasionally get wake up wraps bc their food doesn’t taste like plastic. They’re cleaning their machines well, which isn’t something I can say for other locations. And, who doesn’t like getting greeted by a screen!“

“This dunkin location is located along a busy stretch of highway. In the dozens of times I've ordered from it, the food has always been up to Dunkin standards and the prepared fairly quickly. My only negative is the fact the morning staff are noticeably unfriendly and seem to be annoyed if you ask any questions and especially if you've paid for something in app that they ran out of. With that being remedied I would have no concerns.“

“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

The only thing I had a problem with is the bathroom is the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen I was really grossed out. So bad I would not even wash my hands in the sink. And good luck using any of her cards, because they have all been canceled and reported stolen. We are also aware of the last location in which you attempted to use one of the cards. “Standard Dunkin/gas station. They will make your order quickly, though. The younger employees speak perfect English. The older ones can be a little harder to understand. But, they always get my orders correct. So, ultimately, it doesn't affect anything. They have skill games, too. If gambling is your thing.“

I will say that they need to be more careful with handling money/cards. I’ve had at least 3-4 experiences where I get either the wrong change back, no change, or they didn’t give me my card back, making it so I have to go back.“
