Pennsylvania has a deer problem so during hunting season add venison to the menu
The menu is off the charts there’s a lot to choose from
We have a lot of hunters in south western Pa so a game menu would be good
A rabbit rattlesnake appetizer would be great

“The green beans appetizer is so delicious I had to order more! Plus I had the crispy chicken salad the chicken was so tender and the flavor was so good with all the combination in this salad! “MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

“We visited Jackson's last week. We were introduced to our server, the hostess informed us she was new. Boy, was she fantastic! The food was an A+. “Went there for the first time on a Saturday for dinner. Nice place with lots of options. Our server who was doubling as cook was super nice and answered all our questions and special requests. I got the Cranberry Poppins salad. It was fresh, delicious and very large. The rest of my party had the fish sandwich, the chicken tenders and fries and the Alcove Burger. Everyone liked their food. On my last visit, I was most pleased with how the staff worked with a cranky guest at the table next to me. This man complained that the food was too cold and the plate was too hot and asked for the food to be sent back, but the server put him in his place with a sassy comeback. He then stormed out of the restaurant. The server didn’t seem too upset because both this man and his companion were annoying, the latter for talking on and on about unimportant topics such as her recent travels.“

“We were in the hotel for a school graduation event in the meeting space, figured we'd grab dinner on site to make it easy. The menu was a simple one page affair, printed paper so it's nice that it changes often I guess. We had a flatbread that the girls loved and I had a smokehouse chicken salad with a BBQ vinaigrette dressing that was awesome.I can't rave about the atmosphere as it is simply an aged hotel, pretty vanilla. The service and value, however, were great and you shouldn't hesitate to stop by.

Kid-friendliness: We didn't see any choices that were kid-specific, but before we asked our server, he suggested chicken strips and fries, lol. Worked out great.“

“I had a great experience at this place! Even though they have been busy on Sunday evening, stuff did an amazing job. I was greeted with a smile by the host and my server was very friendly. The food came out quickly and it looked and tasted really good, I enjoyed my sandwich. But the star of my experience - dessert. The bun was warm and very fresh and the ice cream was soft. On the top of that my coffee cup was always full. Can you ask for more? I don't think so. I definitely made a good choice to stop here for my late dinner and left with a smile on my face“

“Our family of 5 were on our way to Applebee's for lunch today. Unfortunately, we were in a car accident at the main intersection before the restaurant. Another car had hit us, leaving our car disabled. While everyone involved was okay, our lunch plans were obviously changed. While waiting for the tow trucks and clean up, 2 of my children and myself needed to use the restroom. We walked into the restaurant and asked to use the bathroom, explaining the situation, and the server we interacted with was beyond amazing. (I'm sorry I didnt get her name. We were rather shaken up.) She told us of course we could use the restrooms and asked if we were okay and if we needed anything else. She and a manager on duty checked on us one more time before we left, sending us out with water and the invitation to come back if we needed anything. As if we needed another reason to love this restaurant, they were so extremely sweet to us even when we weren't paying customers. They were just good humans. We never did get our Applebee's lunch today, but will definitely be back for our lunches and to thank them again for the generosity and compassion. ❤️❤️“

“Stopped at this Eat 'n Park the other day. Delicious soup and chili. Salad bar was clean and fully stacked. The restaurant was nice and clean. I know this can be hard during busy hours. We got the salad bar and fish sandwiches, so good! Our waitress was good and very nice.“
