“We visited Jackson's last week. We were introduced to our server, the hostess informed us she was new. Boy, was she fantastic! The food was an A+. “MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

“The atmosphere is Queint and relaxing. The hostess was very friendly and Liza our waitress had a warm demeanor and was personable very attentive.
Delicious doesn't even begin to describe the food. We had the bruschetta, French onion soup, side salad, French dip and stuffed hot pepper pasta.
All portions we exactly right (not to big not to small). Each dish tastes home cook and they space our the dishes so you don't feel rushed. I couldn't tell you the last time I enjoyed eating at a restaurant. We will definitely be back again.“

“This was our first time here and the breakfast/lunch bar was open. it was phenominal. great quality of food, tons of choices in buffet style containers to keep it hot. Everything from made to order omlettes, waffles, sausage, salad, pot roast, mashed potatoes, tender breakfast potatoes. my husband said it was the best omlette he has ever had. he had the Irish Omlette. Great staff. This was a huge win. very comfortable seating. The chef was also amazing“

We usually ask for the back near a window mainly because Sharon King serves this area she is always so happy and even when we we sometimes bring the granddaughter goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need!“

I had to walk to a gas station to an ATM to get the cash. Besides that, the people that work in this place they are very polite and nice, they offer me coffee, and greet me properly. “Came back to the hotel after exploring the city, and this place was packed because there were a bunch of people staying for multiple conferences. Even though it was so busy we were able to place our orders and get a drink each.

I ordered the meatloaf sandwich with a Cesar salad, both were great! The meatloaf sandwich was very filling and I got full after both halves, the salad was crisp and fresh. The last order was a cookie with ice cream, which I did not have much of, only a taste and it was also very good!“

“We were in the hotel for a school graduation event in the meeting space, figured we'd grab dinner on site to make it easy. The menu was a simple one page affair, printed paper so it's nice that it changes often I guess. We had a flatbread that the girls loved and I had a smokehouse chicken salad with a BBQ vinaigrette dressing that was awesome.I can't rave about the atmosphere as it is simply an aged hotel, pretty vanilla. The service and value, however, were great and you shouldn't hesitate to stop by.

Kid-friendliness: We didn't see any choices that were kid-specific, but before we asked our server, he suggested chicken strips and fries, lol. Worked out great.“

“First time ever experiencing a twin peaks. Many of my friends and family have raved about other locations so when we saw one on our travels we decided to stop in. Here is my review in honesty: I know today was a big game day but we came in early to avoid that and potentially have a nice lunch. We told them that it was our first time, we weren’t told we had to scan for the menu until we looked down and saw that. Service was prompt but their customer service attitude was poor. When our food arrived the girl who brought it placed it on the other side of the table to where we had to grab it and place it in front of us. Our waitress seemed drab and seemed like we were wasting her time which isn’t exactly the best when someone is coming there the first time. Now the food itself was great, the decor was lovely put together but they need to work with their staff on being more personable. They weren’t smiling, talkative, they were in their phones, bartenders were complaining loudly. Honestly I felt like I was at a low budget Hooters mixed with the attitude of a Dicks. I would absolutely recommend this place for the food but not for the customer service.“

I had a cheeseburger and it was one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had. Of course, I had to get some Smiley Cookies too. “I was at Best Buy in Bethel Park this morning and googled restaurants nearby for lunch . I prefer local (non- chain) places, so when I saw Ma & Pop's Country Kitchen on South Park Road, I decided to try it.

This is a very popular diner with delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly service. I got the Reuben and fries, which was one of the best I've had in a long time.
