“Wow, what a great place to find. My husband and I split the Italian hoagie and chips with salsa. Thank goodness we split, the sub is big! My husband got a side of nacho cheese for his chips. Yummy. It was all so good my husband got a meatball sub to go for later. Lots of selection to choose from. Our server Chanele was great! She has everything we needed. MLB was on the TV so my husband was in heaven. They had music playing which helped set my relaxing mood for sure. We will definitely be back and try more.“

“We’ve never had a bad experience here- I’ve come as a part of a small/medium/large group at different days and times. It doesn’t seem to matter, they always fit you in and their service is always good. Our server tonight , Emily, was exceptional, anticipating things before we even asked for them, and our food came out very quickly. Their menu is also huge, there’s something for everyone!“

“I booked their banquet room for a combo birthday party for my daughter and husband and everything was great!!! They let us show up hours early to decorate and the food was amazing. The best part was our server/bartender though. She was so busy taking care of the whole party and never once looked overwhelmed or flustered. She made the party so much easier on me and let me focus on my daughter and family and friends. Thanks Moonlite!“

“Hands down the best breakfast we have ever had. Seafood omelet and steel city breakfast delicious! Portions are large, had enough to bring some home. “We visited Jackson's last week. We were introduced to our server, the hostess informed us she was new. Boy, was she fantastic! The food was an A+. We had soup of the day and Salmon, which was cooked perfectly. Our server was Bonnie Lynn and we will ask to be set in her section next time. She never quit smiling.“

“MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

“The atmosphere is Queint and relaxing. The hostess was very friendly and Liza our waitress had a warm demeanor and was personable very attentive.
Delicious doesn't even begin to describe the food. We had the bruschetta, French onion soup, side salad, French dip and stuffed hot pepper pasta.
All portions we exactly right (not to big not to small). Each dish tastes home cook and they space our the dishes so you don't feel rushed. I couldn't tell you the last time I enjoyed eating at a restaurant. We will definitely be back again.“

“Went there for the first time on a Saturday for dinner. Nice place with lots of options. Our server who was doubling as cook was super nice and answered all our questions and special requests. I got the Cranberry Poppins salad. It was fresh, delicious and very large. The rest of my party had the fish sandwich, the chicken tenders and fries and the Alcove Burger. Everyone liked their food. We left just as the band was setting up. Would definitely go back again.“

“Came back to the hotel after exploring the city, and this place was packed because there were a bunch of people staying for multiple conferences. Even though it was so busy we were able to place our orders and get a drink each.

I ordered the meatloaf sandwich with a Cesar salad, both were great! The meatloaf sandwich was very filling and I got full after both halves, the salad was crisp and fresh. The last order was a cookie with ice cream, which I did not have much of, only a taste and it was also very good!“

“*SEMITRUCKS*: Overnight Space available, came with a Load here to deliver, they start about 6am, be aware that they charge LUMPER Fee, they only take cash or com checks or EFS. I had to walk to a gas station to an ATM to get the cash. Besides that, the people that work in this place they are very polite and nice, they offer me coffee, and greet me properly. The menu was a simple one page affair, printed paper so it's nice that it changes often I guess. We had a flatbread that the girls loved and I had a smokehouse chicken salad with a BBQ vinaigrette dressing that was awesome.I can't rave about the atmosphere as it is simply an aged hotel, pretty vanilla. The service and value, however, were great and you shouldn't hesitate to stop by.

Kid-friendliness: We didn't see any choices that were kid-specific, but before we asked our server, he suggested chicken strips and fries, lol. Worked out great.“

“First time ever experiencing a twin peaks. Many of my friends and family have raved about other locations so when we saw one on our travels we decided to stop in. Here is my review in honesty: I know today was a big game day but we came in early to avoid that and potentially have a nice lunch. We told them that it was our first time, we weren’t told we had to scan for the menu until we looked down and saw that. Service was prompt but their customer service attitude was poor. When our food arrived the girl who brought it placed it on the other side of the table to where we had to grab it and place it in front of us. Our waitress seemed drab and seemed like we were wasting her time which isn’t exactly the best when someone is coming there the first time. Now the food itself was great, the decor was lovely put together but they need to work with their staff on being more personable. They weren’t smiling, talkative, they were in their phones, bartenders were complaining loudly. Honestly I felt like I was at a low budget Hooters mixed with the attitude of a Dicks. I would absolutely recommend this place for the food but not for the customer service.“

“The Burger was delicious. The Olympics were on as it was a weekday morning so that is always fun to watch. However, I got thrown out because I was annihilated and couldn’t walk straight. I went home and cried because the night before I walked in on my now ex wife going to town on my brother“

“Wife and I got take out burgers on 9/18/25 and they were really good. The burger meat was fresh and misshapen and you could tell it wasn’t a premade burger. We were both shocked it was so good. We haven’t been to Applebees in a long time. This will bring us back.“

This Banksville location has become our favorite go to for lunches/dinners because a) cleanliness (a big difference from the others!) , b) friendliness of the waitstaff/hosts/managers, c) special care taken with the salad bar (clean, neat and well organized and stocked) and d) the quality and preparing of the food—freshness, made to our requests (well done, etc) and taste. 100% A+ to this restaurant-always a great experience! “I was at Best Buy in Bethel Park this morning and googled restaurants nearby for lunch . I prefer local (non- chain) places, so when I saw Ma & Pop's Country Kitchen on South Park Road, I decided to try it.

This is a very popular diner with delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly service. I got the Reuben and fries, which was one of the best I've had in a long time.
