Even though I arrived early for the expected pick up time, an employee approached me while I was waiting and apologized for the delay as well as offering to help my wait. Outstanding service! My order was then expedited and came out earlier than expected. Couldn’t ask for better customer service during what was only a 5 minute wait while I was 15 minutes earlier than my pickup time. Way to go for all employees at this location. Jersey Mikes corporate and district managers should be proud.“

“I grabbed a hoagie from Vino’s yesterday and it did not disappoint. The roll was fresh and perfectly soft with a slight crunch, packed generously with thin-sliced meats and super fresh, finely shredded lettuce. The balance of flavors was spot on, the meats were flavorful, and every bite tasted like a classic, well made deli sub.

It’s the kind of sandwich that looks good the second you unwrap it and tastes even better. Definitely one of the best hoagies I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend! 🥪✨“

“The buns must have come right out of the oven when I placed my order for my primo sized American cold cut hoagie with lettuce, tomato,onion, and oil and vinegar. It was made with the bun being very warm and that it ruined the whole taste of my hoagie. It melted the cheese to a soggy texture like when a hoagie sits outside on a hot day. A cold cut doesn't mean warm bun. And I didn't ask for a baked hoagie. I was going to take it back in, but I was so pressed for time. But I just took it apart and ate what I liked or what tasted ok. When I did a review on my Primo app, they asked for the ticket number. I'm going to check my truck it might be in there. I believe it was last Monday evening, 7pm. I am not from the area, but I used to stop at the previous location on Rt 309 a lot it was convenient.“

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious. “Our company ordered from Which Wich to feed our office of 150 people and the food was good quality, delicious, and arrived warm. The only issues is that we didn't order enough! Silvio was such a joy to work with and very inviting, as I had visited the store prior to ordering to get an understanding of the process. He was great and it's nice to have such a communicative manager who you can tell cares about the quality of his food, but more importantly the satisfaction of the customers. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a great sandwich meal, rather that be individually or for large groups!“
