“My spouse and I have been dining in at Sacco's for the last few years and it has always been a great experience. We have been ordering the subs like the chicken parmesan and eggplant Parmesan. The food tastes so good and is always of great quality. The prices are very reasonable too. The staff are always friendly, extremely accommodating and professional.“

“My husband and I decided to try this place for the first time and we were amazed! We started with potato pancakes, calamari, and the mozzarella en Carozza and it was like it was touched by the hand of God it was so delicious! Then I had the pretzel chicken with the mashed potatoes and the green beans! I've been looking for pretzel chicken done this way all over the valley and this is the only place that does it the way I like it with the mustard sauce. My dinner also came with a soup and I chose the Italian wedding and it tasted better than mine! My husband had the Joseph's double stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni added on top and we've had other double stuffed crust white pizzas before and this one is at the top of the list! We're definitely coming back and we will be bringing friends and family! Thank you so much for the amazing experience and our waitress was absolutely fantastic and extremely attentive!“

“My husband and I were out with our dog and were so pleased that we could stop for lunch at a restaurant that welcomed our Sully. They treated him like a regular customer and even had a special pup menu. My husband and I were impressed with the food and pleased with the friendly service!“

“A nice little place that has been in the downtown for close to 20 years. You enter through the bar that is roomy while also having hightop tables. When entering main dining, the first thing we noticed was the piano player, which is a super-cool touch! He played some fun songs, including some of his own, cracked jokes, and also interacted with the crowd while not being intrusive at all. My wife and I each got a martini (Dirty Gin for her and Honey Nut Cheerio for me) and both were delicious. As an appetizer, we got Eggplant Melanzane, which was light, had great flavor, and a delicious vodka sauce. My better half had a Caesar salad with probably the best Caesar dressing we have ever had. I went with the gorgonzola salad that had a nice, tart raspberry vinaigrette. For our entrees, she had the chicken special, which featured thin chicken breast and portobello mushrooms in a port wine sauce, topped with gorgonzola. It was very earthy and deep, a worthy special. I had the Pollo Sambuca, which is the same thin chicken breast with shrimp and mushrooms in a creamy sambuca sauce. It was very flavorful and slightly sweet. The anise is there, but not distracting. This was a solid meal! Our server, Thellenza, was attentive and informative. She made sure we understood all of the specials and took care of anything we asked. The rest of the staff is also helpful, too, and we were never in need of anything for long at all. The adult beverages that we enjoyed were definitely tasty, we just wish they had more of a wine and beer selection. Food: 9 Service: 10 Atmosphere: 10 Adult Drink Selection: 8 Overall: 9.25“

“The service was excellent—our waitress Danny was friendly and attentivel. The burrata was hands down the best we’ve had—creamy, fresh, and crunchy pistachios on top. We also tried the chicken parmesan and the pork chop. The pork chop had a nice crunch on the outside, though we felt it could use a bit more seasoning inside. The Albariño white wine was a perfect pairing, it is not easy to find Spanish wine around.“

“Couldn't be more exquisite! I just went to dinner there so I can't comment on rooms. I say the location is excellent because they have outdoor dining overlooking the lake. But if you're just going for dinner it's about a 35 minute ride from Scranton, but well worth the drive, as there is no other place like it locally.The staff is utterly attentive. It's also beautiful overlooking the lake while the sun sets. Most importantly is the food. There was a group of us getting together as we went through school with everyone. We chose a five course dinner. Each dish was excellent. Served in a perfectly timed manner. There were several meat dishes which were extremely delicious. All dishes we had were as well. The cost for each of us was $90.00 for five courses. Very fair price for quality dishes.Also, it's so refreshing sitting outside close to the water. It creates a beautiful environment while dining. We ended up staying quite a long time, it may have been past closing, yet they never made us feel uncomfortable and never rushed us. If I had to choose among other restaurants, I would choose dining there above all other places. Perfect for special occasions.Food & drinks: As I stated, the food is five stars. There is also a bar on the deck so you never had to wait.Noteworthy details: Again, dining outside overlooking Crystal Lake is simply outstanding.“

“Last night a waitress here clearly tried to rob us! I paid $45 cash then wanted to put the rest on my card. She came back said the card machine was broken ( no big deal) My dad handed her a $50 bill&she never brought his change back. I asked her for a receipt to show we paid, she gave me a song and a dance about having to go write up another receipt. We had already been there for 2 hours & I had to leave, on my way way home I realized I forgot to leave tip on table so I called to give my cc info to leave the tip. later that evening I got a call back saying I never fully paid the bill. That waitress took his $50 and pocketed it!! When I spoke to her on phone she flat out lied!!, even though I told her (after I paid) that she never gave him the change she even said (oh I owe you whatever the amount was) She said we never gave her the $50!?! my elderly dad clearly pulled it out of his wallet & handed it to her. Thankfully Christine the manager took care of everything for us! Btw it wasn't Wendy she was awesome it was the other lady there on 2/22 evening short dark hair! Needless to say we won't be back! Why would I ask for a receipt or change back if we didn't pay you!?!?!?!?!?!But watch who you hire Sidels... She a bad one!! To try and steal from an elderly man with dementia!?!?! “I never leave reviews, but I was so impressed by my experience here on Saturday that I just feel like I really have to. My girlfriends and I met here for a girls night over the weekend and every single one of the four of us had nothing but great things to say about the whole evening. The service vibes were IMMACULATE; from the hostess, to the server, to the bartender, everyone added a positive energy to the restaurant. The food and drinks.. MY GAWD. We ordered quite a bit of food for the four of us to share, and there was not one single thing that we didn’t love; seriously, we talked about how good the food was for hours to everyone any anyone who would listen. “Tried Sibio’s for first time today for lunch- definitely worth the drive. Food was very good and prices appropriate. I definitely enjoyed this wonderful Italian restaurant. Decor falls between original 1970s and a little updated - but that was charming and likely kept prices so reasonable. The place was quite busy for an afternoon lunch and service prompt and attentive enough! Highly recommend - we will be back to try more. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked great!“

“I ordered a meat stromboli. I told the girl meat i wanted pepperoni ham sausage. They gave me their regular one and added the thee meat. She said yes you order a meat. I said yes she called the guy that made it I'm guess the owner said it wa my fault I didn't tell them I did want all the other stuff. I ordered a meat stromboli. I left it on the counter. Never asked me if I wanted my money back or make me a new one. I didn't make a big deal. they had a few people. But I'm so made I never go back. I have made many meat stromboli when I worked at a restaurant. Terrible!! It had mushroom in it that I'm allergic to.“

“What a wonderful visit we had. Myself and two daughters enjoyed the breadsticks and salad, which were delicious and accompanied by 3 entrees, which were wonderful. However, the best part by far of our visit was the waitress Rena. I never met a more friendly, but not over the top waitress. She didn't Miss A beat and had the most genuine energetic smile and personality. I would go back to just visit her. I sure hope she works on tuesdays every week. Thank you Rena“

“I like that it's in walking distance from my apartment at Mulberry Towers. I can go there get milk and pick up something to with my food stamps. I just moved to downtown Scranton and there aren't that many places I can go to within walking distance.I do think it's dark inside and makes it hard to see things. I don't like that you have to buy something and get the keys before you can use restroom. There aren't many places to go downtown and sometimes you really need to go.“
