“My hubby and I decided to take our family for ice cream, (4 adults and 4 grandbabies) after our visit to the Philly Zoo. The associates working there today (7/29/24 @ 4:45pm) were absolutely wonderful. They were patient and kind, took everyone's order perfectly. “Commie Karen Alert!!! Terrible customer service. Failed to fulfill my order property. already made the wrong order before telling me they can not give me what I ordered. Suggesting a cone is not safe for my dogs ... but I suppose having them eat styrofoam is perfectly fine? I was not asking you, I was telling you. I didn't know these young girls were professional veterinarians with degrees in animal science. My dogs eat the styrofoam every time I get these. I can't imagine how styrofoam is better than a cone or an edible dish. Considering they can devour 4 cases of Oreos, drink a gallon of bleach and eat roadkill from last week, I have a hard time believing that a cone is "unsafe" for a 80lb dog. You could of simply said "no, we won't do that." instead of making me pay for something I didn't want. I would of then just ordered regular ice cream in the edible dish and not told you it's for a dog. The good news is, there are plenty of other ice cream locations that know how to follow directions.“
