“Winslow Winery is a lovely family-owned winery. All the wines we tasted were great. My husband loved the sparkling Gewürztraminer while I loved the Viognier. The owners are very friendly and gave us a tour of their production floor even. The bottles were reasonably priced. We are looking forward to drinking the two we brought home!“

The Draft wagon from Bloom Brew which is the local craft brewery in West Newton, has four selections to choose from at this location with one choice being a cider. The convenience of this draft wagon along with the Outpost burger place next door is great. No waiting to be seated or a person to serve you. Order at the window and your all set! Opened in 2021, it is becoming a great place to enjoy a beer and chat up with other cyclists and the locals that stop by. All outdoor setting with plenty of shade to enjoy the day and your beverage of choice. The beer tenders are friendly and helpful.“

“I absolutely love the carriage inn restaurant and catering. I go there often with my family for meals at their restaurant. Service is always great as well as the food. They catered my wedding this past weekend and everything was amazing. My guests keep talking about how good the food was! they were very easy and stress free to work with through wedding planning. “My friend and I were going to their Valentine cookie decorating event and decided to grab dinner beforehand! I’m so glad we did. Firstly the service was amazing! Started dinner with one of the best London Fogs I’ve had in a while, thanks to our waitress,Paige, for suggesting it. The food was tasty and the portions were large! Once we had eaten we moved to the back of the restaurant for the event. The owner greeted us and chatted with us telling us about some of the upcoming events. They took over a rather rundown Blue Flame and are turning it into a wonderful family friendly restaurant and event area. Stop in for breakfast or lunch. I’m sure they will have great success!
