“this might be the best fast food establishment to exist. at the very least, it's probably the best taco bell on the planet. every time I have a craving for taco bell I know this location is going to come through for me and give me nothing short of a biblical experience. never have any issues - no messed up orders, no wait times, and the food is INCREDIBLE every single time. “Got my burger completely wrong. Had stuff it shouldn't have and was missing some it should. The amount of bacon on the wrong one was pathetic, remade one had more.. 2 young ladies working the counter were very apologetic and made sure the replacement was correct.“

“My employer, Optimum RV had me place a catering order with this location for a 4th of July party we were having, and this team did above exceptional! We placed an order for 35 mixed blizzards/sundaes and they took care making each one, as well as packing them up for us. The manager, assisted us with every step of the process, also advising what would be best to order. The store itself was very clean, the team attentive. I would 1000% recommend this location to anyone. Ice cream could never be bad :) here.“

“We really miss Taco Bell’s breakfast and hope it comes back someday. Decaf iced coffee would be a great addition too. Not a huge fan of the robot order taker, and occasionally the nacho fries aren’t filled all the way. Most employees are friendly, though a few newer ones seem less engaged. Usually it seems the order doesn't get started until you've checked in at the speaker, so it doesn't really save you time by ordering ahead. Overall a decent and clean location.“

“Newly constructed location very nice staff was friendly the only downfall is they took KFC out of it but no complaints, instructions were actually followed food portion was much better compared to other locations in the area way better than Wyomissing location thats for sure I highly recommend“

Parking: It’s a giant parking lot, truck with trailer should park at Walmart

“Foods good but I paid for bacon burgers and some of my burgers didn’t have bacon. I did not pay for Regular burgers I paid for a BACON burgers..“

“I stopped in yesterday before going to work for a quick bite. Two girls noticed me..said nothing. I stood there for five minutes with nobody else in line waiting for my order to be taken. Finally another lady if I needed anything and I told her I had been standing there for five minutes and nobody had waited on me yet. Seemed like they would rather be talking and dealing with the drive thru. The GM came out, took my order, then gave me a free lunch..which was very nice. I was more than ready to pay but two thumbs up to this GM for the respect he showed me. I would have given a five star, but when you blatantly get ignored? Hope the two girls learned their lesson in customer service. I work retail and I wasn’t abt to be a Karen. Thank you GM..“

“My order was incorrect through the drive thru and the two women I dealt with to resolve this completely replaced my order and were exceptional. They went above and beyond to replace everything very quickly. They did a fantastic job. What you want and hope for regarding customer service“

“Who says you can't get exceptional customer service at a fast food drive-thru. Well I'm here to let you know you are wrong. I was so indecisive as to what I wanted for lunch and McDonald's fries were calling my name so I stopped by and I was not disappointed. The drive-thru experience was not long and the transaction to take my payment as well was pretty fast. The associate Tamara at the window was everything. From her greeting, to her smile so her bubbly personality and just her overall energy was dope. I hope that the next time I do stop by I'm greeted with her presence. Big respect to the whole crew 💕“

“I usually go through the drive-thru but went inside to eat due to extremely hot weather. Service counter looked dirty, smeary and sticky, as well as the tables. When seated I noticed the glass doors entering/exiting the restaurant were full of smudges and even many people’s shoe prints. If I were an employee, when business was slow, I would go around with a spray bottom of cleaner/disinfectant and wipe things clean. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area and servers are? With all the illnesses that go around these days, please keep your restaurants as clean as possible. This is the first review I ever wrote regarding a restaurant.“

“Great menu.. excellent prices... love their coca cola freestyle machine. Usually a very quick turnaround in getting your food. The only thing I can complain about is them not giving you the straw when they hand you your beverage to be able to put it in your drink before you get your bag of food.“

“My father and I were desperate for food Christmas Eve and we couldn’t find any place still open. We called the Subway in Elverson PA to ask if they’d be open and the individual who answered said that even though we wouldn’t get there until a few minutes after they closed, he would keep the shop open a few extra minutes for us. He also let us order ahead so it would be ready for when we got there. We showed up 5 minutes past close on Christmas Eve and he let us in and had all of our food ready to go. We were able to pay and head out in less than five minutes. His name was Harry and he was AWESOME. So, not only was that an example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service, but the food was also great. Thank you Harry!“

“This Subway is just another location in a franchise you know and love. As such, there's no real "killer feature" that sets this one apart from the rest. It's conveniently located in Upland Square shopping center near Giant, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, AMC Theater, and Target. At Subway, you know what to expect on the menu and you know what kinds of prices you'll see. A great location to stop at if you're in the mood for Subway fare, and a short walk to Kiwi for a frozen yogurt dessert, if that's your kind of thing, or several great stores if you're in a shopping mood.“
