“The food was great, hot and fresh! They had a seafood empanada that was delicious. The outer crust was light and crispy and just right. Perfect my french fries were hot and crispy too. I recommend their location on Luzerne Street near the Price Rite Marketplace, at the 600 block of Luzerne St.

Have to admit being the only patrons in the restaurant that looked borderline closed up was unsettling at first, but the “one man band” Steve made it worth our while. Steve, the manager, waiter, cook, and bus boy was extremely friendly and did a fabulous job as the sole employee at the time of our visit. The pizza and boneless wings were scrumptious and served piping hot. Our family of four would definitely recommend going there for a low key bit of nostalgia. A retro reno of the place - like elsewhere in the country - could be cool.“

They screwed up the 3 whopper sandwiches so later on they made it right by giving us new ones. So at that time we ordered more food. My brother got a whopper and a meal with chicken nuggets and they forgot them. Also he paid $5 for 1 whopper and there’s a deal 2/$5. Shouldn’t they have asked him if they were the same price for 2. “10/13/2023 I went to McDonald’s I ordered my usual sausage and cheese McGriddle no eggs. No surprise they messed up another order I got a “ sausage with cheese and egg McGriddle.” So thank you again McDonald’s they pay yous enough not to make so many errors! 10/4/2022 I was just at McDonald’s in the drive-through. I use my mobile app code to order in the drive-through. I ordered a number seven medium and asked for the drink to be made a large I was told they cannot do that and I said oh this must be something new I carried on and went to the first window, and I explain to the lady what had happened and she said oh yeah we still do that. Let me go tell them I did get my large drink but I don’t know if it was the manager or assistant manager, but I know her name is Gabby and she told her staff I am not getting fired over an upsize of a drink. I just felt she handled it very unprofessional, and could’ve waited until after I left, or kept the comment to her self.“

“The owners of this Sunoco and Subway are so friendly and inviting and helpful. The food is fresh and wonderful compared to the subway on Broad Street in Hazleton. They are patient with customers at lunch time when it's real busy and I appreciate that. They recognize their everyday lotal customers too! We love this place!“

“The food was good; the service was fantastic. I stopped in a little after 5 PM on April 12. The staff was super friendly and attentive. My family hadn't been to a Subway in a few years and took a little while to decide what we wanted, but we never felt rushed and both employees were still smiling when we were finally ready. At the end of the meal, one of my family members decided to take home the other half of their sub. I walked up to the counter to get it wrapped and was noticed before I even got to the counter.
