“I was very hesitant to stop at this subway upon moving to the area, but I stopped by the other night and the service was amazing. Cayden did an amazing job wrapping my meatball pepperoni compared to other locations and I will stop here more often!“

“Tyasia James is an extraordinary general manager and an asset to Jersey Mikes. She is very friendly and makes sure of our allergen issues. We have a Jersey Mikes 2 miles from our home but we drive over 20 miles to your Mountaintop, PA location because of Tyasia and the pleasant atmosphere at that location.“

“I stop here often after class or on break at work and I never have a bad experience at this subway. This is one of the few places I feel I can get a filling meal without it costing me too much. My food is always made correctly. I always place mobile orders, I know other locations will skimp out on mobile orders, this one never does. The restaurant is always clean and the workers are friendly.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews this long, but after my experience at Jersey Mike’s, I genuinely felt like it deserved one. The food was amazing, of course, but what really stood out to me was the employee named Angel. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed, fake, or careless, Angel completely changed the atmosphere the second I walked in. You can tell when someone actually cares about their job and the people they serve, and that’s exactly the kind of energy Angel brought.

From the moment I got to the counter, Angel was patient, respectful, and incredibly welcoming. He didn’t make me feel like just another customer in line trying to get in and out. He took his time, made sure everything on my order was right, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Even while the store was busy, he stayed calm, friendly, and professional with everybody around him. That kind of work ethic is rare now, and it honestly made the whole experience better.

And the food? Perfect. The sandwich was fresh, stacked generously, and made exactly how I wanted it. The bread tasted fresh, the toppings were crisp, and everything was balanced perfectly. You could tell the employees actually cared about quality instead of just throwing ingredients together as fast as possible. Angel especially paid attention to detail, and it showed in the final product.

What impressed me most was how Angel treated everyone with the same level of kindness and respect. I watched him interact with other customers while waiting, and he kept the same upbeat attitude with every single person. Employees like that are the reason people come back to places like Jersey Mike’s. Great customer service genuinely makes a difference, and Angel represents the business in the best way possible.

Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any fast-food or sandwich place in a long time. Amazing food, clean environment, and outstanding customer service. Huge shoutout to Angel for going above and beyond and making the visit memorable. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have workers like him because people absolutely notice the effort. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“The owners of this Sunoco and Subway are so friendly and inviting and helpful. The food is fresh and wonderful compared to the subway on Broad Street in Hazleton. They are patient with customers at lunch time when it's real busy and I appreciate that. They recognize their everyday lotal customers too! We love this place!“

“The food was good; the service was fantastic. I stopped in a little after 5 PM on April 12. The staff was super friendly and attentive. My family hadn't been to a Subway in a few years and took a little while to decide what we wanted, but we never felt rushed and both employees were still smiling when we were finally ready. At the end of the meal, one of my family members decided to take home the other half of their sub. I walked up to the counter to get it wrapped and was noticed before I even got to the counter. The location was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food tasted great. The only bad things I can say are that the parking lot is a little tight, and they didn't have light mayo. Both are sacrifices I'm willing to make for the high quality of service.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the food here. This is my first time eating at Charlie's cheesesteaks. I ordered a small California style cheese steak. It was delicious and presented as an open face that I just had to press together.

The fries were also very good and while I haven't eaten my wings yet, I'm about to after I'm done writing this review as I saved them for the end of my shift before I go to sleep.

I'm staying at this Walmart again for tonight and plan on ordering more when I get up before I leave for the rest of my trip. This is a new favorite of mine.“
