“Best coffee shop and coffee in Doylestown. It's definitely a daily "go to" with a great and friendly atmosphere and staff. .A real throwback to an Italian cafe. The pastries are always fresh and delivered daily as are the bagels, direct from Brooklyn. It can't get any better than that!“

“Amazing little spot, conveniently located for shopping in cross keys plaza. The space is thoughtfully and beautifully designed, staff were cheerful and helpful. They have many options for Gluten-free and also soy-free dining. Vegetarian options can also be found. Portions were hearty and food was delicious.

Dietary restrictions: We walked in with a list of allergies. Staff took the time to guide us through the menu and help us make selections. After we announced that we are both gluten and soy free, they took care to clean the kitchen and equipment before preparing our order. They were kind and patient, treating us as a priority instead of a problem. The service was above and beyond.“

“I go to this store faithfully every morning mainly i go through the drive thru but some days when the line is crazy long ill go inside to order... The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! “I love this Starbucks. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. They have touch times especially during covid. They lost some people so new training had to be done for new. I think people here are too hard on the people who work here. The only thing is I wish the manager employed cleaning this place. The floors and tables need to be swept and wiped down. Everyday. Morning and afternoon. Please ask the employees to clean on their downtime. And there is downtime. I know because I am here almost everyday. Thanks!“

We asked if they had any pup cups, ice cream for dogs, and they didn't but they were able to facilitate our request with a small cup of peanut butter ice cream which we really appreciated. Dining in or takeout doesn't matter because the employees are efficient with each of their duties. All the food and more importantly the beverages are always done with perfection! “I usually don't leave reviews but my experience was so above and beyond, I felt like proper thanks must be given. I always think this is my secret Starbucks spot on the way to work because even though I can't order ahead on my app, I can usually get right in and out because the line is either very short or nonexistent.On this particular day, I was in a bit of a hurry and there was only one barista, Nick. Even though I could tell he was very busy and obviously flying solo, he was giving great customer service to each person in line and making us laugh on top of it. He was reminding each guest to put in their Giant rewards number (which I always forget) and how those rewards can pay off in addition to the Starbucks app rewards, which was so helpful. When it was my turn he took my order and made it with pizazz!When I tell you I order the same drink at every Starbucks about 3-5 times a week and this was THE BEST ONE YET I am not lying!!!I also love that he shook the drink properly because sometimes it's not shaken and that always cracks me up because its literally in the name of the drink. “I pretty much always go for the health freak combo. This includes a pancake, fruit, just egg and veggie omelette, and two sausage patties. The omelette is half a dinner plate size just like a non-vegan one would be. The sausage is always a bit dry but I like putting syrup on mine anyway so I don’t mind. Many things on the menu can be made vegan. Coffee portions are also massive- I go for an oat milk latte and it comes in a huge mug.“

“Great food and service. Staff is very friendly. Recently had a minor incident with picking up a mobile order. Said on the door that they were open for drive-thru and carry out. When I think of carry out I think that you’d be able to walk into the restaurant, pick up your order, then leave. They had me walk around and serve me through the drive-thru window. Which with everything going on right now is understandable. Just wish they made it clear on their door. Since I was walking to work, I wanted to stop there to pick up a drink. Just incase they don’t make it clear for anyone else who may be walking there, you’ll have to go through the drive-thru to carry out.“

“The coffee is the standard Dunkin coffee. The rest of the store is a little dated and the cleanliness is mediocre. The staff is friendly and courteous and greets you with a smile. Good location for a quick coffee or snack. Be careful leaving the parking lot, it can be a little tricky.“

Everything always tastes great and is consistent (an issue I have with Starbucks, where drinks aren't always made the same - not a major problem to me, but I know some people rely on consistency). I've used both the drive through and gone inside to pick up, and both through mobile ordering or through ordering at the store. They are always so fast and everyone I've interacted with is so friendly and lovely. The only negative I can think of is that it can be difficult to turn left once you're leaving if there is traffic, but the visibility is clear and traffic isn't usually bad.“
