“My husband and I went to Meadowlark Bakery and Cafe this morning after learning that they hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who needed a place to go. We try to support places that support those in the community and do good. We’ve been there before for coffee and pastries, which are amazing, but we never had any other food. We have been missing out! We both got a breakfast sandwich and they were amazing! My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. They had a wonderful Santa for the kids and a nice warm enclosed area for eating. Meadowlark, thank you for being a part of our community and helping those in need. It does not go unnoticed and we will absolutely be back to support you, your business, delicious food, and the good you are doing!“

“This was my first time trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I’m so glad I did! I was craving a mango smoothie and decided to give this location a try. I ordered the Mango Monsoon smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious. I loved that it wasn’t overly sweet—it was light, refreshing, and tasted like real fruit instead of the artificial flavor you get at some other places.

I ordered online for pickup, and the whole process was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked in, showed me where the pickup cubbies were, and wished me to enjoy my smoothie. The cafe itself was also very clean and well organized, which made for an even better first impression. Great customer service, a refreshing smoothie, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Used for a large catering order for 28 people. Food was delivered on time by a very professional driver who stayed in contact with me the entire time. Food was packaged great and stayed warm. I’ve never had people so happy with their lunch! Sandwiches were plentiful and well flavored and catering orders were very appealing to the eyes. Would highly recommend and will definitely use for future catering needs. I’ve never had staff so happy with their lunch! Thank you!“

“I met Marcello and Kiley the week before and New Hope and they invited us to come and have dinner this weekend. We went on Friday and had the back room basically to ourselves there was 10 of us. The food service was outstanding! Came and spoke with us several times, the chef came out, and said hello, our waitress Heather was absolutely incredible so efficient, and yet so loving! we were spoiled rotten! Everyone took home so much food because the portions were enormous. The prices were totally reasonable. “Was gonna drive to Norristown for my 2nd Zep, but since I was in Lansdale, I ate local. My one complaint. I ordered long hots for my cheesesteak and they were left off. Loved the local roll. Wasn't the end of the world, but it wasn't that busy when I got there. Next time.“

“We’ve been going here for 9 years now since we first moved to the area. We’ve been almost weekly regulars since. I’ll always say the crunchy spring rolls and chicken broken rice are the best. My dad loves the pho and pork fried rice, and I consider the roasted duck udon an underrated favorite (the broth/sauce it’s in is ridiculously good. I’ve been trying to find a place with udon broth half as good, and have yet to find one that beats it). The pickled carrots and water chestnuts and fish sauce on the side with the spring rolls and broken rice dishes are a big family favorite. We fight over who gets the last veggie slice.

My dad says their iced coffee and Thai iced tea are a million times better than anything Starbucks or any fancy coffee shop is offering, and isn’t remotely harsh on the stomach like most cold-brew coffee. He’s always saying he wishes they had a to-go window to get the coffee and tea before he goes to work. He thinks they’d make a fortune from it, especially for the price.

We love all the fresh produce that comes with everything, and that it feels like we’re making a healthier decision when ordering out for the week when ordering from here. Any time I make a new friend, I try to take them to Asian Legend for lunch to get them hooked on the place as well.“

“My mom and I are soooo happy to have found a Chinese food restaurant that is flavorful and willing to accommodate the saltiness of their food as she has high blood pressure.

Not only is the food amazing but so is the family who runs the restaurant. They are kind people who you can tell love what they do because it translates in their menu. From taste to portion sizes, you cannot go wrong here!

“I had my wedding reception at Boardroom and I cannot put into words how perfect everything was. Chris and max were kind, generous, accommodating and overall added a great vibe to our event! The place was clean, trendy and spacious. Plenty of room for a dj and dancing. The drinks were delicious!! And they let us decorate however we wanted. It really was just the perfect place for our smaller casual reception (55 ppl). I will continue to recommend them to everyone i talk to!!“

“Updating: I didn't expect anything to come of my first review, but was honestly surprised. I appreciate Hickory Sticks for correcting the issue with the mistakes/miscommunication that happened with the chocolate. Like I said before the ice cream was delicious!!!

I will start by saying the ice cream was delicious.. peanut butter pie 👌👌👌..but here is my reasoning for the 1 star.

1. The paper was stuck to the waffle cone and I had to throw out the bottom 1/4 of my cone which made me sad because I wanted to eat all of it for the price. I did not want to eat paper.

2. They had these containers of 10-12 toffees and chocolate covered PB pretzels on display. We got a container of each. No price. They rang up 18 Dollars each. 18 Dollars!!! No warning or head ups. Just $18 each.

3. Now if these items tasted amazing for $18 I would not be complaining. Buttt.... The fresheness was not there. The peanuts on the almond butter crunch were stale and the pretzels was not good either.

I wish I could say more positives but I can't. Never been more sad on a trip to get ice cream.... $60 later 😭“

Overall my favorite grocery store in the area. Beats Giant, Acme, Weiss, etc. Ambiance inside is really nice.
