That simple act made the experience go from being a normal customer to feeling like I was a local and I had been coming here my whole life. When placing my order any question I could have was answered before I could even think of it. The order was made in great time even though the place was pacted. The food itself was delicious and perfectly cooked.“

If you like Americanized-Chinese takeout quality food, this is the best I've had in the area. These places should be noticeably better than buffet quality. I like that they dont over-do the velveting/marinade process to where the meat is slimey and gamey, as some Chinese operators tend to do.“

“The weird one thing I look for to tell if it’s a legitimate Chinese restaurant is something that reminds the owner(s) of home. There’s a huge lit picture of Hong Kong and Kowloon Harbour (taken from the top of Victoria Point) on their wall. They’re Cantonese, and the quality of the food shows their pride in where they’re from. You’re getting the closest thing to authentic Cantonese this side of the ferry to Mui Wo.“

“My wife and I are new to the area and wanted to try a new restaurant. I went online and saw that there was a country style diner complete with homemade desserts and huge portions. I had the Barell Burger and my wife had the Blue Burger. First off, you are really taken in by all the great decor in the restaurant. This place reminds me of Country Junction in Lehighton how they have it decorated. The coffee mugs are huge! We had dana and Carly as our servers and when I tell you these two are hands down the happiest waitresses I've ever had wait on us. You really can tell that they love thier customers. We will be back on Sunday for breakfast. Great place.“

“Great local italian restaurant in the downtown area. It's pretty popular so be sure to make a reservation ahead. Randomly, you can find empty seats by the wood fire pizza station. We don't mind and the hosts always ask in case as it isn't a regular table. You can see all the kitchen action and pizza making skills while dining. Terrific service by my server JP. He set us up with a wine bottle and the bikini bottom pizza which is always delicious. There is also a gelato/coffee section near the entrance located by the bar. They do have a room with a big table in case you're looking for a more private dinner. However, you still feel like you are in the restaurant part of the crowd as it is enclosed by glass. There is a section to hang coats. Definitely try the whipped ricotta!“

He had veal parmigiana w linguine & salad. I had pappardelle bolognese w italian wedding soup. The bread was warm w oil for dipping & the entrees served hot as they should be. (it was obvious that nothing was sitting waiting to come out of the kitchen)

The waitstaff are super friendly & attentive and the cocktails- a bloody mary & tiramisu martini were excellent!

I brought my boyfriend Abdullah to meet my family and it was one of the most special memories that I cherish deeply. Most recently when I came, I saw many peers from high school who may or may not have noticed me. Most distinctively, I saw a former athlete. This colleague used to be one of the best North Pocono football players as well as North Pocono track & field athletes who had his year book picture iconically taken on the railroad tracks. “If you eat *at* the restaurant the food is great. If you do take out, the food is less desirable.

I've ordered Pad Thai with beef (both inside and takeout) & both times my beef did not look like beef. Both times it was a khaki colored meat (maybe pork??) so not sure if that was because of the sauce.

It tasted absolutely amazing when I ate in versus take out but I still didn't eat the meat.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great, too. I loved the music played as well.“
