Atmosphere is Subway and chosen by the corporation. Met the owners many times and enjoyed chatting with them as they are always urging me to try different items. Great place.“

But everything I typically dislike about franchises is the opposite here. Every time I visit, the employees are incredibly friendly, the sandwiches are outstanding, and the orders are always correct. I’m not sure if that’s standard for Jersey Mike’s, but the Trexlertown location is top-notch.“

“Ordered online pickup was quick food was ready. Our meals were very good only thing I would have liked the love chips even more if they had more powdered sugar and if the raspberry sauce was in a container so I could use more per chip. Or just add more raspberry sauce onto the chips. They barely had any. Reminded me of funnel cake and I love that.“

“This location always makes the food the best. They Never skimp on ingredients. No issues with food quality yet.

They lose a point because I Ordered door dash pick-up, and they made the food a little earlier than the pick up time, which did sacrifice the crunchiness of some of the items. Food wasn’t as hot and fresh but still tasty.

I do think you should be able to pick up orders in the drive through. With bigger orders it would just be easier versus having to carry everything out.

Overall, I would come back to this location whenever a craving hits!“

“Need to hire employees with an IQ higher than a sack of hammers. 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong. Brand new store...same employees that either don't pay attention or don't care. You'll wait 20 minutes for your food and be handed someone else's order.“

“This is my home McDonald's! The food is pretty much like every McDonald's I've visited. The staff is kind and friendly. They occasionally get something wrong, but they are super quick to remedy any errors and offer an apology.

“I go to this McDonald's on a daily basis to pick up coffee specifically in one of the pies for my breakfast on my way to work. The customer service is always thought on and quick as can be. I especially enjoy interacting with Cass as she is always friendly courteous and personable“

To see some of these reviews, they just can't be true, I have literally ➡️NEVER had a bad experience⬅️.The staff are very hard working young women (occasionally a young man but typically its all women here) these ladies work so hard, I never wait long, my order is always correct, my food is always great and they are always friendly and polite. I've never received sloppy unappetizing food, it's always neatly made, hot and fresh. The restaurant is kept very clean, these ladies are very organized and even on the very rare occasion there is an error, they quickly correct it, never sacrificing quality for time.
