However after calling to speak with a member of management to inform her of my experience, the Manager carefully listened as I explained what happened and she immediately made the situation right. When a customer feels that some kind of injustice had occurred all we can really expect is a member of management listens to what happened,put themselves in our position and do exactly what they would want to be done if they were the actual customer..“

“We hosted our son’s birthday party at a business down the street and I called today to place an order. The gentleman was SO kind and helpful. I was just expecting pizza, chicken fingers and fries but wow when I tell you this pizza is AMAZING, I mean it! Everyone was raving about the pizza and the kids loved the chicken fingers & fries. I’d go out of my way to get this pizza, that’s how good it was. I asked if the food could be delivered at 5 pm and not only did it come about 10 minutes early, but it was piping hot too! Would highly recommend this place! Thank you for all of your help and for the delicious food!“

“This review is solely about their pizza. Got a plain cheese slice to try them out. Dry, had a hard crust, bland as hell, cheap cheese. I'm not exaggerating when I say it didn't taste any different from a low end frozen pizza at Walmart. Definitely bottom shelf quality. Will never eat here again.“

“This was the 1st time my husband and I have ever visited this restaurant. We ordered the medium cheese steak stromboli which was not only soo delicious but we came home with more than 1/2 of the stromboli which will feed us for a couple more meals.I do want to say that when we were there at lunch time, the employees were also sitting down, having lunch. Everything they had looked amazing! I have never witnessed that before and I thought it was really sweet.Calls were being ordered, people were picking up orders, we were waiting for our order, without any delay. Even though the staff was having lunch, customers were not affected. I really am soo sorry I didn't ask what they were eating, because it looked so amazing and the whole staff seemed really happy!Next time I go there I'm going to order what they are having!“

“We stopped here for lunch one day and ordered cheese steaks. One was a normal Philly Cheesesteak and one had ham and pepperoni in it (something that was new to us).

The food was great and everyone there was very friendly. The service was great!

I would absolutely go back.

“I was part of a 7 person group, all of us eating at this restaurant for the first time and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals! The fresh pasta is AMAZING! Their homemade rolls are delish, the desserts were wonderful. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend it! They are also extremely conscientious regarding food allergies.“

“Edit: Wanted to update my review. I stopped in again today for the 2nd time and had one of the best slices of Sicilian pizza I've ever had. Perfect light fluffy crust.

Maaaan. This pizza could have been almost perfect if they didn't drown it in Rosemary smh. I will give them another shot and probably just ask for no Rosemary. The cheesesteak roll was really good. Glad I also ordered that because with the amount of Rosemary on this pizza I can't eat it.“

“We love this place! Laura's II was the only pizza shop I've been to in PA that's been willing to make me a BLT pizza. Coming from NJ, I'm pretty picky about pizza... this is my go to spot for great pizza, fresh food, and excellent service. The salads are always fresh, the stromboli and sandwiches are incredibly filling (they don't skimp on ingredients). Thankfully, they've added my precious BLT pizza to their regular menu now so I don't get weird looks asking for it anymore. It's delicious and you won't be disappointed with any of their meals!!“

“great pizza and sandwiches. The platters are huge but very reasonably priced you will get a second meal from it. Their bread that comes out of the oven to snack on before dinner is very good Joanne who works in the back room on Friday nights is very good, and takes care of her customers“

We have been looking for great pizza (and frankly, any good restaurants) since we moved here from Bucks with no luck. And finally, we have found THE pizza. It’s everything you want in a great pizza from the thin, crispy crust to the sauce to the generous delish toppings. My son was told about this place from some guy at a gas station and we took a chance and so glad we did! Seriously, there is no good pizza in Berks county except this place! “After a long day, I was just sitting here thinking about the lunch we ordered today from Nonna’s. We had a rather large order. We ordered for 7 people and this isn’t the first time we’ve done this with Nonna’s. Every single time they get everything perfect! Nothing is ever missing! The food tastes amazing!! We get a great amount of food for a reasonable price! The delivery is always right on time if not sooner than they say. They’re so friendly when we order, they listen and get everything right. So I just thought I’d give some credit where credit is definitely due. Thank you for the awesome service once again and always!! We really appreciate you all at Nonna’s!! “Last weekend I had a baby shower at Delizios on their patio and when I tell you it was absolutely superb. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic and their patio is the best place to hold any kind of party. Our guests loved it. The owners Joe and Rosa just made you feel like you were family along making my guests feel the same. I highly recommend if anyone plans on having an kind of parties or even go there for dinner you will not be disappointed at all. “I live in Pennsburg which has about 10 different pizza shops. None of them compare to Giovanni’s. I love Sicilian pizza and Giovanni’s has the best bar none. When I order one at my local pizza shop, it turns out to be a regular pizza made into a square shape. Thanks for the care, quality and freshness of your food.“

“toscos is one of my favorite restaurants. they are just amazing, the owners and the staff i came in late and they're cleaning up, and they maybe a kid spaghetti, they were just amazing. They're very much for the community and all their food's always amazing, very grateful to have them in the area, definitely worth going delicious fresh food. And they're always so welcoming. “We are from Collegeville and figured we would check out the Alburtis Tavern. Very nice inside and lean. I just love old buildings and taverns. We stopped for a drink . And had a great conversation with the awesome bartender Brandi. Very friendly and told us about the history of the place. Bella Fiona's certainly changed my mind. It exceeded my expectations and we will definitely return.
