“I'm 53 years old, .. been around. This place has the best of everything: atmosphere, handmade cuisine cooked up by a knowledgeable Japanaphile., there's a small arcade with top choice games,.. (tron, joust, mortal combat..). House made everything. (Noodles, in house beer, and Sake.). Did it mention Sake?,...fresh Sake with brewers active yeast negori style.. best I've had in America! Thank you!“

“I was visiting mount poconos with family and friends, stayed in kalahari and really wanted to eat Sushi in our last night there. We stayed in the spa in the hotel until late, when we left everything was closed or closing. We called Ichiban and a nice lady said if we got there before 10pm we could get take out. We got there ordered our food and the same lady that answered the phone took our orders, she was nice and friendly, gave us advice on things/places to go. We really enjoyed our short time there waiting for our food, would definitely come back early to dine in.“

“Went here for the first time after living here for 3 years. Atmosphere was really bright and they had most of the windows blocked with curtains. Not a great view outside anyway, but would have liked to see outside. Wait staff was attentive, no problems there. I ordered tuna sashimi, salmon sashimi, a rainbow roll and an angel roll. Menu said two pieces for sashimi but instead got three, so that was nice. Tuna was abnormally fishy tasting, maybe it was a cheap tuna? No idea, i’ve just had tuna sashimi at other places and never noticed it being very fishy tasting. Rolls were very tasty. Plating was beautiful. They seem to have a full bar too, but didn’t get a drink.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps.“
