βItβs okay never get my order right or when we say thin sliced. Always thick cut like pre sliced and the weight is always off I work for ShopRite as a deli and I expect my stuff to be right not me walk back and then you guys do it right the second time ! & the new owners has the lunch meat in Handel plastic bags looks very unsanitary & no dates or nothing wrapped properly. I Stopped going there because of the new owners. Old owners never had this problem & Never anything on shelfβs always looks empty. Need the old owners back asap !β

βAwesome cheesesteak!! Huge portion, loaded with onions. I tried the Black Pepper Cooper, not a huge fan. But thatβs just a personal preference. Other then that, it was delicious. Highly recommend. Give them a try. Owner was very friendly also.β

βThe best Jamaican food around . Very authentic, great taste, nice portions, reasonably priced and extremely friendly staff. We ordered it to try with my son in law who loves Jamaican food. He has tried several and says this is the best! The chef did his thing! Some of us never had it before and what a treat to try authentic food that was spot on. Not too spicy, just perfect! We recommend this to everyone and canβt wait to go back!β

βTried the loaded Mac with tenders and my boyfriend had a cluck & chicken sandwich combo ! The Mac & cheese was very tastyβ¦I asked for medium hotness but it seemed hotter than that! But overall everything was good and prices very reasonableβ

βNo matter what, this is my tried and true fresh fried fish spot!! Their food still hits now as it did in 2010. The only reason I did not give all stars was because I did not get to get a bag of fresh fish to take home and cook. The inside is small and there is standing room only. I hope they bring back the fresh fish. There may be a lot going on outside as well, but I go there for my fish and head straight home to eat. There is street kiosk parking. It's best to call ahead. However, the phone line seems to ring busy now a days.β

βThis amazing little hidden gem. I just ordered the salmon cheesesteak and while the brother was making it, he told he I was gonna go to sleep...Bruuuuh I am trying to keep my eyes open. The salmon was cooked to perfection with excellent flavor and the bread was toasted gloriously. This will def be my new spotβ

βThese empanadas are amazing! I bought two each of the chicken, beef and cheesesteak and they were all great. They are a good size, the meat is juicy and the dough is perfectly fried.
The service is next level too. They went out of their way to help me out of a jam.

βOmg...its back to the old steaks! No more minced meat...first time in 15 yrs! The triple cheesesteak i had today was delicious & the guy that made it was very personable...went again(6/7/25)placed order,got home...wrong bag given it had a cheesesteak w/ mounds of ketchup ( so disappointed)...I ordered triple chix Xtra mayo...but today (6/9) I went and ordered again and it's delicious! Didn't waste time calling & complaining I'm sure it was a honest mistake but...YALL OWE ME ONE!ooooh they have Cooper Sharpβ

βJust did a Uber Eats from them and the food was excellent as well as the packaging. I used to go here more regularly but since I've adhered to my culture/religion more, I avoided places that served pork. Today under certain circumstances I ordered from them but I really wished they at least had some halal breakfast meats. Considering the demographic changes in the neighborhood, a no pork policy would definitely benefit their business. The local mosque would also promote it to their 5k+ local adherents. Just a thought.β

βShe gets downnn, she does not play! Large Jerk Chicken over white rice with a side of cabbage & oxtail gravy on the rice??. The jerk is actually spicy, yk some places jerk chicken be bbq but she has both. Highly Recommend trying this place out!β

βFound this treasure place when I was looking for Dominican/ Mexican food for lunch at work. Really really good slow cook ribs. I really want to know how they seasoned it even there might be some recipes online. When you chewing the chicharrones the juice/fat just come out and it taste really really good.Ribs/ chicharrones(crispy slow cook pork belly), rice and beans, salad, and maduros(sweet fried plantains) for $13.Do not go to Applebees, TGI Fridays, McDonaldβs, meals from local tea like this gives you better and healthier choices, and they deserved more customers.Part of ribs and chicharrones(the part doesnβt include much fat) became too hard/too dry to eat after long time cook, some of them are not eatable anymore since itβs too hard. There should be a way to avoid this problem. As I know the Cantonese type Chinese BBQ restaurant has slow cook ribs and crispy pork belly too (with different seasoning of course) , but theirs doesnβt have this problem, and pork belly are perfectly brown. I donβt know how they do it. Maybe cover meat with aluminum paper and be more accurate at the timing and temperature by cooking them not as long as Latin chicharrones(chicharrones taste harder/crispier). If you try pork belly from both restaurants you will know what I meantβ
βI cannot lie,I hate all other Chinese restaurant around my area.These peoples chicken wing rocks and the rice is not super dark.My favorite chinos and yes Clean kitchen!!β

βWe purchased FRIED CHICKEN WINGS and they are some of the best I've had in decades! Although the wings are not huge, the average size is on the small/medium side. They are cooked when ordered so they were HOT! The coating is crisp and firm and the chicken is FRESH and seasoned deliciously without needing to add any additional seasoning, not too salty. It's in the hood, so it's a no frills tight space, no seating/standing room only. Nice surprise tho!β

βIve been eating from Sunnys for almost a year now. I randomly decided to order here hesitantly becausethey sell seafood but honestly its a really good breakfast spot. i never had anyissues. the homefries are Sliced Potatoes Griddle made . Not those chunky potatoes that other places deep fry. The french toast is a hit also, as well as the scrapple beef bacon and the grits. I would recommend this spotβ

βCouldnβt think of what to eat for lunch. Was driving by Vernieβs and remembered how good the fried chicken is. Stopped in and saw a family member ordering chicken too! That was my confirmation. The best fried wings Iβve had in a long time! Perfectly fried, golden and crispy. I had to call and tell them how good the chicken was lol. Thanks Vernies!β
