They have the best cheesesteaks and hoagies in Philadelphia arguably. They have the best cheesesteaks in uptown Philadelphia period. This is been a staple to the West Oak Lane neighborhood for over 40 years. Ah, the age-old debate of cheesesteak supremacy in Philadelphia! Although I have a strong preference for Chubby's on Henry Avenue, I was quite impressed with the cheesesteak I ordered from Pagano's today.
