I’ve been going to maxwells for about a year now , I loveeee it . The food is always good , Mac and cheese is tasty & lemme put y’all on to j*** shrimp, y’all will love it ! Especially if you like spicy foods ! Sometimes , though I feel like they food goes sour fast, but lemme tell y’all they food is good, collards was hitting lol
I was craving oxtails and Maxwell's has some good ones. They are very flavorful and tender. I'm always disappointed because there's not a lot but at like $40 for a small pack in the grocery store I understand...$27/$30 for a platter. I have had better peas & rice, but they were fine. The sweet potatoes were really tasty. I don't know but I tried to go there 2x and couldn't get in. My girlfriend on the other hand walked right in and got me the platter. Try it... you'll go back.
