“This is a typical small town diner with home cooked styled meals. The food was tasty and served in a reasonable time. The building is nothing special but works well as a diner. I ate here for the 1st time with it called this name recently, but in the past I have eaten at the diner here many times before for different meals and not much has changed in the past 20 years other than the menu options, the prices, and who the owners are.“

“Today I was there with my grandkids. The food is excellent. My only complaint was when we ordered the ice cream , I was charged for a double scoop, but only received a single scoop, I told the waitress and she said that she has a big scooper funny I owned an ice cream store and there’s no such thing as a bigger scooper or ice cream scoops are basically the same . A double scoop means two scoops of ice creams on top of each other simple so the next time you go and ask for ice cream make sure you get two scoops not one.!!“

“Last night, I received customer service that went beyond what it should be; my server treated me like a human being. I do not think I ever had anyone serve me as great as this team of people and my Direct server was Morgan. I do not know if you have an incentive if customers give the name of their servers in a positive light or not, but she definitely deserves an award. “We have been City View Diner customers for many years. We have never been disappointed with our choices in the menu.
Save room for their many choices of desserts too.
We moved to Florida and miss the City View, but when we visit family, we make sure we choose City View as we did last week.“

Only thing upset about, I love there smoothies, when you order them to go, you get about half of what you get while dining in! won't be ordering drinks to go anymore!!!“
