“So, let me start off by saying that I did enjoy the pizza here, it was very good, but unfortunately it is not Old Forge style pizza. I’m from NEPA and have had pretty much every old forge pizza around including the biggies like Revellos, A&G, Cafe Rinaldi, Salernos, and Callarussos of Avoca. This pizza is more along the lines of a “NEPA fried Sicilian style”. Think Pizza Perfect, pizza Loven, Sparetime in Dallas. A bit of a greasier crust, and missing the true sharp American cheese blend that sticks to the roof of your mouth and what makes an Old Forge pizza an Old Forge pizza. Again, the pizza was very good, and I do like a NEPA fried Sicilian, it’s just not the same as Old Forge.“

“We went the other night and were not disappointed at the food or service. However the price was high and this is not critical but the ambiance was not there. The tables were so close that we could hear everyone's conversation. Also it was very hard to hear what the owner was saying when he was telling us the specials. There is no liquor available and you must bring your own BOB and for the price of the entrees, it would have been nice to be able to do this. Again I will say the food was exceptional but suggestions would be to leave more space between diners, lower the lightening, possibly use tablecloths rather than place mats. All in all, it was a nice one time restaurant but probably would not go again.“

“We had dinner this evening at the Water Shed Pub. What an enjoyable evening!!!! The appetizer we started with was the karaage chicken. I can’t explain how the flavors come together for this dynamic appetizer but, Wow! It was fantastic!!! Our entrees of the scallop po boy…..( yum!!! )…… and the seafood enchiladas……. ( oh my goodness!!! ). …were delightful!! So, so delicious!!!! Sweet potato pie and pumpkin cheesecake ice cream were an amazing ending to a superb meal!!! We’ll definitely be back soon! There’s lots more on the menu that we can’t wait to try!!!“

The staff was amazing friendly and accommodating lady so I didn’t know her name was so happy to be where she was working. She was pleasant and just happy something nice to see the food was amazing on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 15. I have the Hawaiian burger, everything’s prepared the way I requested the fresh cut fries salted perfectly. I will definitely return here whether I move to this area or another. “Excellent menu with options for everyone. All of our meals, cocktails, and appetizers were beautifully presented and hot. Our server was a great guide and offered up suggestions that made our experience even more special. We sat at a booth, but they have tables and outdoor seating as well. If you are a picky eater, this just might be a place for you. They offer lots of alternatives to meat and gluten free items. We shared an appetizer of tuna nachos, entrees included fish tacos, lobster salad, and ravioli. Everyone loved their meal, but that ravioli stole the show.“

“We have been big fans of Carpe Diem and Nino for years but in the beginning of October he catered our wedding and the results were even better than we hoped for. The food was wonderful (Chicken Parmesan and Meatballs). It was very tasty and fresh, not at all dry or overcooked as often happens when food is put out for a buffet. His house dressing is amazing, and I normally do not eat any dressing on my salads.“

Front of house Service is very attentive and always at the ready. Very friendly and will explain the cuisine. We were a party of 7 and each one of us enjoyed our meal and experience. this place is a gem. Poultry, Fish, Pork, and vegan options are available. Exotic fare is also on the menu. “We ate at Bonefish Grille prior to a concert. From our greeting at the hostess stand to the end of our meal the service was excellent. Our server Justin was knowledgeable but not overbearing. “Ate dinner there about a week ago. Food was good but their telephone rang at top volume the entire time we were there making it difficult to talk or enjoy our meal. Complained to waitress who said it had to be that way so they could hear in the back for take out orders. The restaurant was far from busy for in house dining so I guess the owner doesn't care about us; only the take out customers! I have eaten here for years and tried to support them during covid but never again.“

“Stopped by St. Catherine Labouré church's food truck fest today (8/17) and picked up a crab cake, an order of cheesy crab balls, fries and cole slaw. Man, everything was BANGIN'! First of all the crab is tasty, you can tell they're getting it fresh, and the portions were generous. Denise still had some crab cake leftover, and the cheesy crab balls were really nicely spicy, with a ton of crabmeat. We split fries, a HUGE order, and split the slaw, also enough for two. Fries have a seafood seasoning similar to Old Bay, and the slaw was nicely tangy, slightly creamy, just a hint of sweet. Definitely got the seasoning right, the crab is copious, and it's a super value. Denise reports: lump crab in those cakes, NO FILLER!“

“Traditional American restaurant. This restaurant already operated for 75 years and now is managed by the 3rd/4th generations. The food is so good! We ordered a few entree(chicken bowl, 6 Oz sirloin steak, liver and onion) , the portion is big and the food is freshly made. The vegetable of the day is sautéed tomatoes and the sauce is superb!“

“We enjoyed the casual atmosphere yet sophisticated menu and food selections. We tried different items during 3 visits - swordfish, scallops and seafood special. All were delicious! We also had mussels in beer broth and chicken flatbread - both excellent choices for appetizers or light meal. Staff is friendly and professional. Would definitely make it a stop on our next trip to the Harrisburg PA area.“
