I usually LOVE Panera but apparently good help is hard to find. I ordered a southwest Caesar salad with chicken and when I got home I had a plain old Cesar salad. Lesson learned. When you order to go from ANYPLACE, check your order BEFORE you leave. I don’t live that far, but had no desire to go back. Please instill in your workers to repeat back the order if they can’t get it or don’t understand it🤬
