“Directly across from competition on Pittsburgh Ave is this little gem. The subs give the two other nearby shops a run for their money in taste & quality. The prices are relatively the same for their large sub BUT the added benefit is they support 1st responders by your donation with an order. The staff are also very friendly and the restaurant is easily accessible with plenty of parking/handicap access & very clean.“

Everything was executed perfectly from her greating when we enter, to the preparation of the sandwich and again excellent service at check out.“

“When I unwrapped the Italian sub I ordered I thought it was just bread. Could hardly see any of the meat lettuce or tomatoes on it. May have been a one time mistake, but I’ll not pay the price again to find out.

“I went to Kellar’s twice this summer for stand up comedy and had an amazing time! Sadly, I didn’t get any pictures, but I love the magical decor.
They have a long bar for cocktails and food before each show, and the food is delicious. I had a chef salad 🥗 once, and a burger once and both were terrific. This theater is owned by Bobby Borgia, a magician who honors both Kellar (a magician born in Erie in the mid 1800’s —look up this fascinating story) and his hometown by keeping this amazing venue open for fun and entertainment. It’s a gem in Erie, PA. Highly recommend! ✌💕🎶“

From the time it left the store, only 7 minutes elapsed before the beautifully packaged subs were in my hands! Fantastic experience using two great organizations: Jersey Mike's and Door Dash, and the experience was flawless.“

“Hannah, I enjoyed watching you craft my subs. I was able to pick up on a few things by watching you, as a previous GM/ RGM of a few establishments. First of all you ARE management. I knew before I asked you. The young man you were working with, (11/3 around 11am)although his shirt matched yours, he was unremarkable. He seemed to struggle with being motivated. He allowed food to cook on the grill and then went to the restroom. I hope he was okay. I know it can be difficult to work when one isn’t okay.
You, made many orders, simultaneously. You moved efficiently and with precision. I can tell you were waiting for the proper time to offer coaching, as You remained focused on the customer. You disengaged with the lackadaisical worker as silence is deadly. I have been in your position. Honestly, I wanted to go back, wash up, and clock in to help you, as I was watching the situation unfold! You were killing it all by yourself!
If I could offer feedback…. Smile and welcome each customer as they arrive, even if you are busy. Let the customer know you’re finishing up with another order. I knew what was going on by the “slip” laying on the counter what you were doing. I was not offended. Another customer, on the other hand, may feel ignored. Other than that, the restaurant was clean, the music was perfect, and I was so thankful for the Celsius!!!“

“What can I say? A quick trip in and out of Subway. The young lady making my sub was exceptionally quick and kind.

Challenging for a company to be just down the street from a very large competitor, but none the less, quiet and easygoing.

I do hate when I go into cities, and you have to request a key to utilize the restroom.

And, it's not very attractive when the key you carry to the bathroom has a one foot stick of PVC pipe attached to it. Quite inconvenient, and doesn't bode well for the community that utilizes the establishment.

It's terrible that the management feels the need to prevent people from using the bathroom without stating it publicly for everyone in earshot to know. Certainly can't do five stars in atmosphere for that.

“Some guy in front of me ordered a sandwich that looked so good! But he asked for mustard and then asked for it to be remade because there was too much mustard even tho it was one line! What a brat, I asked if I can have that sandwich and I bought it full price and it was good! One of the best sandwiches I’ve had, perfect amount of mustard“
