“I love Firehouse but this store was not my usual experience. They were out of white bread, almost out of meatballs at noon, the store was a bit dirty and had crumbs on tables and the counter, the cashier had lots of face tattoos and piercings, blue and green hair and kept constantly swaying back and forth while we ordered.“

“Lexy is amazing very fast and hard worker just me standing there and watching everyone with a smile giving her many compliments how fast she quickly she remembers everyone's orders I saw her make like 8 subs so fast . Will be coming to this subway more often because it's so clean .“

“When I unwrapped the Italian sub I ordered I thought it was just bread. Could hardly see any of the meat lettuce or tomatoes on it. May have been a one time mistake, but I’ll not pay the price again to find out.
Service was pretty bad, seemed that I was a bother to them.“

“The subs they offer are awesome. The bread is soft and fresh, but never got soggy. The ingredients used were fresh and full of flavor. I do wish they had more to offer in topping and foods, but if what you do is that good I guess it doesn't make much sense. We actually intentionally drove over an hour to try this. It was worth the trip.“

“I didn't catch her name but she had long, beautiful braided hair and did an amazing job. She was clearly trained well and I appreciate her dedication to sanitary standards. Everything was executed perfectly from her greating when we enter, to the preparation of the sandwich and again excellent service at check out.“

“This is by far the best subway in the area. The bread is consistently fresh as well as the ingredients. The restaurant is always very clean. Even the chips are fresher. The service is quick and efficient. Everyone in the restaurant is very friendly.“

“This isn't my favorite Subway, but it is fine. I've had relatively rude service there but I've also had very good service, so it is hit and miss. The interior is clean and up to date. The line area can feel a little cramped - especially when there are a lot of people in line - the flow isn't as good as it could be. The sandwiches are fine - no better or worse than a normal Subway and I think the prices are all or mostly the same. I was going to give this store a low rating because of the occasional sub-par service - but employees change all the time...“

“Great service great subs albeit their prices are absurd (5 dollar footlong days are goated), Raye is the absolute G.O.A.T.
I got the wrong sandwich made my most recent time around. They recently hired a guy who doesn't understand english very well, but that didn't bother me. Please be patient with him. Its not the end of the world, you're a Subway“
“I've only been here once due to travel scarcely allowing you to visit the same place twice, so my review is short.A nice little store, and the employees were polite and one of them clearly were new/in training so I was patient and my patience paid off. The food was normal subway fare, and even though the service was a bit slow, the experience was pleasant.“

“Hannah, I enjoyed watching you craft my subs. I was able to pick up on a few things by watching you, as a previous GM/ RGM of a few establishments. First of all you ARE management. I knew before I asked you. The young man you were working with, (11/3 around 11am)although his shirt matched yours, he was unremarkable. He seemed to struggle with being motivated. He allowed food to cook on the grill and then went to the restroom. I hope he was okay. I know it can be difficult to work when one isn’t okay.
You, made many orders, simultaneously. You moved efficiently and with precision. I can tell you were waiting for the proper time to offer coaching, as You remained focused on the customer. You disengaged with the lackadaisical worker as silence is deadly. I have been in your position. Honestly, I wanted to go back, wash up, and clock in to help you, as I was watching the situation unfold! You were killing it all by yourself!
If I could offer feedback…. Smile and welcome each customer as they arrive, even if you are busy. Let the customer know you’re finishing up with another order. I knew what was going on by the “slip” laying on the counter what you were doing. I was not offended. Another customer, on the other hand, may feel ignored. Other than that, the restaurant was clean, the music was perfect, and I was so thankful for the Celsius!!!“

“Fast friendly and fresh!! (Most of the time) but sometimes the bread around the edges gets real hard if I get a sub toasted. So for that reason if my husband and kids want subway I will get something else from somewhere different or I won't get a sub toasted! But it tastes so much better when it's toasted so it's very frustrating!“
