“Love the caramel ribbon crunch frappe. If I'm feeling extra sinful, I get extra caramel and crunch. I call it my sugary crack drink because even though it's a horrible amount of sugar, it is always so worth it. Only downside is the wait time especially for drive through when it's busy. I know things do not get instantly prepared, but I do wish they utilized the system that McDonald's does where orders that are larger or take longer pull off and someone quickly takes it out. I know it pulls someone away from necessary tasks, but it usually helps with sales and efficiency in the long run and helps customer satisfaction in the long run, especially when it comes to rush time and speed.“
“This was my first time inside the new building. It was really nice. I ordered a London Fog with heavy cream and a pump of sugar free vanilla. It turned out fabulous. The drive thru was busy and it looks like they do a lot of online orders. I will be back 😊“
“This store was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. The drinks all tasted excellent and the staff even made me an ice water for my dog that I was not able to add to my mobile order. The only problem with this store is that the parking was very difficult to get in and out of. It’s a very busy street that the Starbucks sits on!“
“Jayda absolutely crushed customer service this morning! They created the kind of atmosphere that makes one want to return: friendly, patient, efficient and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. Thanks for a great start to our morning!!“
“I love this location in Erie. The atmosphere is great, and the service is phenomenal. The staff is super friendly and greets me each time I walk in. The cafe is the perfect place to study, and the coffee and food are always amazing. Again, huge shoutout to the staff for always being kind. I hope they know how appreciated they are!“
“They got our order right. It was out very speedily. The cake pup I got tasted very good. The strawberry a acai refresher was very nice. It was slightly concerning how few people still go here. There was no one in line and nobody waiting for food or coffee and nobody in the Drive-Thru. There was just two people sitting on the computers. It makes me worry that they might be falling off quality wise or service wise.“
