“At top of August, this location assured Mayo was not on my sandwich. They quickly ushered me out of the Drive thru. I am VERY allergic to Mayo. On our break we moved out of the way and hurried to our next destination. I later found a ton of Mayo on my sandwich. I called to pick up a sandwich later as I had to quickly find something else to eat. Still not hungry and pressed for my next destination, they offered me a coupon. I expressed I was from out of town. They promised to send a coupon. I received the coupon bottom of August or top of September. I took coupon to my local Wendy's and they refused and was told I would have to take it to the Wendys in PA. PA said there was nothing they could do as they gave me a coupon. I asked for money back, since I couldn't get my sandwich. Wendys said they did what they were suppose to do and there was nothing left (....no obligation). My ticket actually calls for a 10 piece nugget as well because I was missing one. nugget. I am mostly concerned about the principle. Please advise.“

“They are remodeling Long. John silver's and the drive-thrus closed. But the lobby is open and I'm thankful LOL. I go there all the time and it's delicious every time. I suggest you go there. If you haven't been in a while. Tell me your experience in the comments“

“Their customer service was excellent! The young man who waited on us was extremely polite and apologized because they were having problems with their chocolate ice cream machine working properly, and we even commented to each other after we left how nice he was!“

“We love the upside down cones... You have to get it upside down in a cup because even the small is HUGE! There is no way you can eat it on the cone without it melting all over everything... ❤❤❤❤ We actually started getting our dinner there as well... “Having decent food is only half the battle, the other half is having amazing employees that are amazing people too. A prime example of what I'm talking about is Amy at Arbys Hermitage, PA location. She is an outstanding employee but a better human. When I came up short, she paid it from her own pocket without hesitation. It wasn't much but it meant the world and it was the difference between having a meal and going hungry. I came back with not only the money to repay her but her kindness as well and a little more for the love she showed me.“

“Had an issue with the app, and the cashier and supervisor were awesome by helping me to get the order that wasn't letting me choose an option and made it how I wanted it!! People like that are hard to find, especially when it comes in a restaurant! Great service and awesome food!! “

“Of the Taco Bells in the area, this one is by far the best. It seems that the manager does a great job of building a team, so we’re always greeted by a warm staff, well built food, and a clean facility. Heads and shoulders better than most other Taco Bells in the area.“

“I don't come here very often as I no longer live in the area, but I've never had any issues with this place that were at fault of the staff here as they've always been pretty good to me. The only time I ever had an issue was one that was fixed relatively easily. They needed to change the syrup for the coke as the coke wasn't tasting right obviously as a result, and they took care of it immediately.“

Though kudos to management for a pleasant conversation.Subway’s computer isn’t functioning so it took multiple attempts for staff to try to charge the card after their scan of the Loves app. Manager did help ensure the purchase was deleted prior to trying a different machine.Bathroom clean. Lots of parking available for pit stop patrons and weary travelers for a snooze.

“I had no major problem with this Subway location located in a gas station. The registers and items are separated between them. The soda dispenser was limited in choice as many of the options were unavailable so I had to pick up a soda from the gas station fridge and paid for that at a different register than for my sandwich.My sub sandwich was fine and I was happy enough with it. Service was fine as well.“
