“Having decent food is only half the battle, the other half is having amazing employees that are amazing people too. A prime example of what I'm talking about is Amy at Arbys Hermitage, PA location. She is an outstanding employee but a better human. When I came up short, she paid it from her own pocket without hesitation. It wasn't much but it meant the world and it was the difference between having a meal and going hungry. I came back with not only the money to repay her but her kindness as well and a little more for the love she showed me.“

You’ve got yourselves a keeper in Wyatt, DQ of Sharpsville, PA. Nicely done. Food was fresh, hot and surprisingly tasty. The facility was very clean. (I did not visit the restroom.)

“After part of my order was made incorrectly, the issue was quickly resolved. The place was really clean and the staff seemed to get a long well with each other. Laughing and kidding around is a good thing. Shows good morale among the employees in my eyes. The only thing I didn't care for is that the music from the back was as loud as the dining area. Personally, I can't stand trying to listen to 2 different types of music at the same time. Overall, enjoyed my visit and wouldn't hesitate to stop there again.“

There is no way you can eat it on the cone without it melting all over everything... ❤❤❤❤ We actually started getting our dinner there as well... “I don't come here very often as I no longer live in the area, but I've never had any issues with this place that were at fault of the staff here as they've always been pretty good to me. The only time I ever had an issue was one that was fixed relatively easily. They needed to change the syrup for the coke as the coke wasn't tasting right obviously as a result, and they took care of it immediately.“

“Eaten at this Burger King multiple times! Everytime we have been here the staff have been more then friendly and accommodating, it makes coming here all the better! The managers are outstanding in customer service! Very personable! I look forward to coming back again and again! The food was hot and fresh! The evening manager even gave us a 2nd cookie because our toddler accidentally dropped his. We didn't even have to ask he just did it because he saw it happen!“

“First time being at this DQ this week and it was a phenomenal experience. I ordered online since my order was very large and I went inside to grab my food and the ladies were SO NICE!! I am 38 weeks pregnant and having the worse day and filled with tears as soon as I walked in. . You know, just a very emotional day! However, the ladies were so nice to me and helped me with my order to my car and showed so much kindness to me. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience but little did they know their generosity made my whole day after having such a bad day.“

“I had no major problem with this Subway location located in a gas station. The registers and items are separated between them. The soda dispenser was limited in choice as many of the options were unavailable so I had to pick up a soda from the gas station fridge and paid for that at a different register than for my sandwich.My sub sandwich was fine and I was happy enough with it. Service was fine as well.“

Though kudos to management for a pleasant conversation.Subway’s computer isn’t functioning so it took multiple attempts for staff to try to charge the card after their scan of the Loves app. Manager did help ensure the purchase was deleted prior to trying a different machine.Bathroom clean. Lots of parking available for pit stop patrons and weary travelers for a snooze.

“Worthy of it's 4 Michelin Stars, this DQ is above and beyond laverish! The service is impeccable and unmatched, the wait staff treats you like an old friend. From the woman at the coat check-in, to the chef bringing out the food to thank you for ordering, everyone goes above and beyond. I came here with my wife, (normally it's out of our price range, but I just cashed out my 401k after 42 years at Wells Fargo, keep working on that back swing Pete! “I stopped eating at Subway for years due to my experiences at a different location. I decided to try this one and I'm so glad I did. I've been eating here at least once a week and each time, the food is perfect. Every employee I've encountered here has been kind and friendly. Their salads and sandwiches are put together neatly, not just thrown together. The orders are always accurate. Every time I get a salad anywhere else I have to pick though it before I eat it to take out things like brown wilting lettuce or the stem of a tomato. This is the first place I don't have to do that.
