“What good is great food if the service is not good? I would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND the service of my waiter JASON. THE BEST!! I didn’t read any reviews for this company so my review is strictly based on FACTS. I highly recommend Jason, for future reference because his customer service, infinite subject matter expertise and downright GREAT moral compass is always on full display. As a former talent manager, Jason is the total package! He is the consummate professional and his knowledge of the menu without looking at it is phenomenal. Jason recommended several dishes and his recommendations were excellent. We rotate each recommended dish each visit. Jason is professional, friendly, morally centered and he me feel like it wasn’t just a dining experience. Despite it usually being full most times we dine, Jason checked on us several times and he intuitively knew what to say and do. “The homemade food here is delicious, there are always a lot of people, I didn’t like one thing - I ordered 2 pieces of cake with me, the seller counted it, went to cut my cake into a container, I saw that it was big and said, excuse me, can I have one piece, she cut two, I I gave one to the other and took it to the shelf and I paid for two pieces, I didn’t like it, I wasn’t pleased, since I don’t speak English well, I couldn’t tell her or explain anything! Yes, it’s not a lot of money, well, you can’t do that ? like this sales girl! I didn’t deduct the second piece of cake from the payment! My husband and I were here, I ordered soup, a vegetarian burrito and 2 salads with tuna, well, they brought one salad and I paid for two salads, so I didn’t wait for my portion of salad, I ate the burrito ? and we left..“

“I was looking for a coffee place to have breakfast around my Cousin’s house in Pennsylvania (my first time in the State). I was so lucky to find this cute little coffee shop. They were so nice making some oat meal with almond milk. I ordered a latte and it was good! The Croissant with eggs and cheese it was not so good but anyway I had a nice experience!“

“Delicious gluten free food! We live in Philly so have been hearing about Jay’s for a while, but it’s an hour from where we live so never made it. We finally drove out in that direction to pick pumpkins a few weeks ago and oh my gosh, Jay’s is so good! I don’t have celiac but my wife does, and it was so so great for her to be able to have the food she had been missing. “Hidden in the back of the strip mall is a fantastic pizza shop. They sell pizza by the slice, perfect for a quick lunch trip, and the prices aren't expensive. The sauce has amazing flavor, and the cheese is melted perfectly. Though I didn't see any pepperoni, they were able to add some to a plain slice with no issues. I am definitely coming back!“
