“My family and I ate at this amazing restaurant! We happened to be in the area and stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. We were greeted nicely, the service was good and the food was delicious! We even met Richard who took the time to graciously explain the history and origin of the restaurant/ menu. The atmosphere was inviting and rich with culture. I would totally recommend Samarkand! If you are ready for a new and unique dinning experience this is the place for you!“

The sushi is so beautifully cut and made with the best ingredients. I have a gluten issues, their gluten-free temperature is the best, so crispy, not greasy, and perfectly cooked. Umami is a perfect blend in everything we have eaten.“

“We just had our family Christmas dinner here and the staff was amazing! They were so friendly and on top of everything. The food was delicious, even our 1.5 yr old grandson couldn’t stop eating everything. The manager was the absolute kindest man I’ve met, our reservation was running a little late on their end and he made up for in such a nice way to our family plus thanked both our sons and daughter in law for serving in the Army. Their farm-to-table approach really shines through in the freshness of the dishes. I love that they offer a great selection of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options—it makes it so easy to dine with a group.
• Must-Try: The Cuban Black Bean Bowl is one of my go-tos (the chicken add-on is great, but it’s a fantastic plant-based option on its own).
• Seasonal Favorites: Keep an eye out for their Butternut Squash Soup in the cooler months—it’s delicious.

“Wow our first time there, went with friends. My wife and I sat at the bar while we waited for the rest of our party and had a drink. Seamed lively with people all around the bar having a good time. Happy hour drinks and apps. My wife had huge salad, and I enjoyed the salmon, with ahi tuna app. It was delicious. We will return, great price for 6 of us***** all around.“

“The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. Fast forward when I went to order from PLNT she greeted me with a warm smile and hello as she recognized me from earlier. As I was deciding what to get she recommended the chilli and offered a sample. DELICIOUS! While preparing my order she held small conversation with my friend and I and still made a phemomenal burger. For my very first time meeting her, it felt like an old friend. I can only imagine the how she makes her staff feel. Definitley would go back just to say hello the next time Im food shopping in WF.
