“I visit the Starbucks in Flourtown, PA, once a month when driving up from Easton, Pa for my hair appt. As a New Yorker, Honesty is my only MOTTO. I have mixed feelings about my visits, as far as being acknowledged as a customer. The drinks are always on point—consistently well-made and served up super fast, which is impressive. However, the personal service leaves much to be desired. The staff barely speaks or makes eye contact, which makes the experience feel a bit cold but not unwelcoming. A little more warmth and friendliness from the team would go a long way in making this location even better. Despite the minor con, since being in PA for 7 years, this has been my 2nd favorite location.
