“I’m all about my Mofongo; and Mi Tierra didn’t disappoint. Hands down the best Mofongo I’ve ever had, and I’m talking about eating in Puerto Rico. Este comida was definitely cooked with mucho amor. I’m rarely in Bethlehem but will DEFINITELY stop back when I return. Get it with the perníl and extra “gravy!”“

“Manuel restaurant is the best!!!!! Their sandwiches are full. They don't make no hollow sandwiches. They fill them suckers up. Not to mention the food. They literally give you a good quantity. Their SAZON is the BOMB!!!!! I highly recommend Manuels Restaurant. Y sus empleadas son tan amable. Eso no se ve en todos los restaurantes aqui.“

“I saw the new owner and her son on TikTok, they were so funny and so wholesome I just had to try their food. I am so glad that I did, I don’t know if they changed owners or just names so no offense to the previous owners or current owners of the building that they are located, but this food taste so much better so much more flavorful, portions are amazing for the price you’re paying. I would 1000% recommend this restaurant.“

“Really good Puerto Rican food. The stew chicken with rice and beans is so good. This place is so busy that they are replacing food at the buffet counter every few minutes. Not a fancy or nice looking restaurant but that food is so good and cheap too!“
