Normally when this happens the restaurant just sends the order out and takes the missing item off. This dunkin sent me a ham and swiss rollup and a donut on them with a very kind note apologizing. “Employees are very nice, I got a Boston Creme and an iced chai latte, both very good for a Dunkin. The shopping plaza has a very interesting layout and the exterior of the stores feel very outdated, otherwise a nice dunkin. I highly recommend it if you want a quick treat or a drink.“

“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“i’m not from around here and live in Philly so you can imagine how many terrible dunkin experiences I’ve come across. This was by far the best Dunkin experience I’ve literally ever had. I ordered on the app and it was literally ready in minutes. I legit order the same thing every dunkin run: Vanilla almond milk iced coffe, sausage egg and cheese, and hashbrowns. I could immediately tell they don’t use old oil for the hashbrowns. They were perfectly crispy and didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. the sandwich was hot and not even a little burnt, and the coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness.“

“Ordered online at that location and did drive thru as pickup. Ordered the original glazed donut & strawberry dragonfruit refresher. They didn’t have glazed unfortunately in the evening, however the staff were extremely kind Enough to get me both French cruller & sugar jelly flavored donut that’s not powdered. Loved both of them. Not something I was expecting and also it wasn’t charged for the extra donut. I could’ve paid for that extra donut. 5-star service for the night for the lady staff at drive thru :) Happy Holidays!!!“
