“This place is amazing, we love to order the family meals. We were super grateful to receive a calendar as a gift with our order today. I wanted to thank you and felt like a review was in order. Our food is always hot ans fresh, the service is great even swapping items when requested. My family is thankful to live close to this establishment.“

“The food is pretty good. In this high priced society we are living in price is very decent and it is a buffet. You could spend more getting crappy fast food at a chain and still be hungry. Good selection of vegetarian dishes. The place is clean and the staff is pleasant.“

“Excellent food. The dumplings were delicious as were the hot and sour soup and egg drop soup. Don’t skip the spring rolls - they’re full of fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked and are just as big as the egg rolls! Can’t wait to order from here again. What a gem in a small town.“

“Gotten food here multiple times, it's the best Chinese food around! The wait times are not very long, considering only 2 people working most of the time. They have a giant menu with good deals. Also, I got a pack of chopsticks with three chopsticks... I'm not opening it lol. Anyway, 5/5 Stars!!“

“Full disclosure: I haven’t eaten here in maybe 20 years but this was my family’s go to spot growing up and no other General Tsos Chicken can ever compare to my memory of what this place serves.
My mom would always place a walk in take out order and we would wait 20 minutes in the few chairs by the register while she balanced her checkbook or some other 90s/y2k analog task.
The food was packaged in the tin bottomed to go containers and when we got home we would have to wait a few minutes for the chicken to cool down because somehow it was still burn your mouth hot after the 10 minute drive home.
By some miracle, the chicken would still be crispy under the sauce that had a perfect sweet and spicy balance that I cannot find anywhere else in my adulthood. (These days it’s all sweet no spice) I remember being afraid of the peppers in the sauce. The pieces were so big I would have to cut them in half.
I’m not sure if my memory is painted by my inexperience. Golden Wall was my first exposure to any Asian food whatsoever as a baby bumpkin in Lancaster Co. I’m not sure if food quality in general has gone down in these classic American Chinese strip mall joints. What I know is that the General Tsos bar was set for me at Golden Wall and for that I will be eternally grateful :)“
