“Visiting from NC and my friend says we are going to have "the best" birria tacos...walked in as they opened, were greeted and served by Beyonce. Great little place...clean, bright and welcoming.
The food....beef empanada and queso birria tacos with consume....ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! the empanada was crispy, meaty and served with a delish sauce. The tacos were PACKED with meat, had incredible flavor and the consume....well lets just say ...can I get a consume IV....truly THE BEST I've ever had.“

“Our server, Katiey was pleasant and took care of all of our needs. We had the rigatoni abruzzi and it was excellent along with the delicious bread. Even had enough to take home for next day. Highly recommend!“

It is also unfortunate that wine could not be enjoyed with our meal, a neighborhood thing we were told. “Years ago, and long before we retired and hit the road, we were lucky enough to get a last minute reservation to Vedge while in Philadelphia. So when we heard that a sister restaurant opened in historic Dillworthtown we were excited. While back in the Philadelphia area, we finally visited to celebrate a birthday. While not a place we can routinely visit due to the cost, it was an outstanding place for a celebration. Everything from talking to the owners to the food was excellent. The building was charming, the staff was great, and the food was elevated and amazing. We could not have asked for a better night. We definitely recommend visiting. We suggest making a reservation since it was busy during our visit on a weekday.“

“My daughters and I came in for lunch on a weekday afternoon. After giving up on our local Outback restaurant after so many disappointments, we were pleasantly surprised by the five star experience. Everyone, from the hostess to the different servers that waited on us, was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. When she arrived she was greeted by the friendly and kind Miss Mabel herself. Mabel was accommodating, personable, and went above and beyond for our order. Now, the food that Mabel cooked was quite literally some of the best bbq I've had in years. I ate a shameful amount of ribs (perfectly cooked), and washed it down with delicious collared greens. “I turned into a windmill. They sat me
next to a door that was constantly being opened to the outside world and it blasted cold air at me.

They also tried to charge me $29.99 for this “lobster” roll (and I use that term loosely). You can’t in good conscience tell me that this coleslaw concoction is more than 5% lobster. It’s potato chips and coleslaw on a tiny hot dog bread.

The burgers are solid.“

He was kind and friendly, but he was definitely rushing us through our meal. Definitely worried about his tip. As he mentioned it several times. Left 20% didn't feel it was worth it“
