“I usually go through the drive-thru but went inside to eat due to extremely hot weather. Service counter looked dirty, smeary and sticky, as well as the tables. When seated I noticed the glass doors entering/exiting the restaurant were full of smudges and even many people’s shoe prints. If I were an employee, when business was slow, I would go around with a spray bottom of cleaner/disinfectant and wipe things clean. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area and servers are? With all the illnesses that go around these days, please keep your restaurants as clean as possible. This is the first review I ever wrote regarding a restaurant.“

“Tried Asad’s in Pottstown for the first time today. The slider was great and that Asad’s sauce, wow!!! Whatever you guys are doing keep it up!“

“I think one of the 1st times the food actually looks like the pictures on menu screen. Food was good. Fries were very hot on one tray but guess the other tray got the fries from a different batch. Employee by the name of Ronan was awesome and got us a new hot fries. Couldn't have been nicer about it.thank you for a great experience at Freddy's.“

“My husband and I decided to try this place on a whim and holy cow, were we impressed! Everyone was super friendly, the food was reasonably priced, but when our cheesesteaks came out, they were PACKED with meat! Absolutely amazing, we will absolutely be coming back!“

“As a mom of 3, we used to spend so much time there playing with friends in the play area. We truly miss it and hope they open it back up. It’s a shame that they still have it closed. We have to drive all the way to the Exeter location. Please consider opening it back up. We would probably be there three times a week letting our little ones play off some energy. “I don't know if we got lucky, but my wife and I have stopped here a few times on our way out of the Philadelphia area for a quick bite and we have yet to have a bad experience - they have served some of the BEST Wendy's we have both had. The food is extremely hot and fresh, the fries are always perfectly salted and fresh, and the staff were really nice to us as we ordered and picked up our food. We had no complaints at all, it was a really solid time and we both said we wished this was our local Wendy's!“

“this might be the best fast food establishment to exist. at the very least, it's probably the best taco bell on the planet. every time I have a craving for taco bell I know this location is going to come through for me and give me nothing short of a biblical experience. never have any issues - no messed up orders, no wait times, and the food is INCREDIBLE every single time. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly“

“My employer, Optimum RV had me place a catering order with this location for a 4th of July party we were having, and this team did above exceptional! We placed an order for 35 mixed blizzards/sundaes and they took care making each one, as well as packing them up for us. The manager, assisted us with every step of the process, also advising what would be best to order. The store itself was very clean, the team attentive. I would 1000% recommend this location to anyone. Ice cream could never be bad :) here.“

“Who says you can't get exceptional customer service at a fast food drive-thru. Well I'm here to let you know you are wrong. I was so indecisive as to what I wanted for lunch and McDonald's fries were calling my name so I stopped by and I was not disappointed. The drive-thru experience was not long and the transaction to take my payment as well was pretty fast. The associate Tamara at the window was everything. From her greeting, to her smile so her bubbly personality and just her overall energy was dope. I hope that the next time I do stop by I'm greeted with her presence. Big respect to the whole crew 💕“

“Great menu.. excellent prices... love their coca cola freestyle machine. Usually a very quick turnaround in getting your food. The only thing I can complain about is them not giving you the straw when they hand you your beverage to be able to put it in your drink before you get your bag of food.“

“Sonic is probably my favorite fast food place. I love their popcorn chicken and wings. My only complaint is that if you ask to “customize” your order they will never do it and make it the exact way it should be normally. Whether I as for no pickles or extra sauce on the side, it never happens. I know this could happen anywhere but if I ask for extra cheese I would prefer if they say no, instead of saying ok and I still don’t get it. If you want a burger the normal way it comes then you’re fine. Of course I love the shakes and master blasts. If I get a medium or large I can save half and have it twice instead of eating the whole thing ands getting a belly ache.

Parking: I like that you can park and order right from your spot“

“People complaining about smiles etc that is all bogus how about u work there 9 hours and smile after a customer gave u a hard time Wendy's don't pay their employees a lot more then any other food chain on high st so stop expecting gourmet 5 star quality meals with speed when we got Jeff bezos ordering 70+$ worth of food“

“Need to hire employees with an IQ higher than a sack of hammers. 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong. Brand new store...same employees that either don't pay attention or don't care. You'll wait 20 minutes for your food and be handed someone else's order.“

“I go here often enough that my mom and I have made friends there. The workers are pretty friendly and the food is good. Sometimes, it's on the down side but most times it's worth getting. Usually go in the afternoon when things aren't as crowded, and there's not much confusion.“
