“Every visit has been amazing!After every visit, I've realized we were so excited when we got the sushi that I didn't take a single picture of it.This happened yet again tonight... so here is a picture of our receipt and our sushi loving adorable son!We'd get all these rolls again, the last few visits we've gotten the Amazing Tuna and the Geisha rolls while trying a rotation of their other specialty rolls.The Amazing Tuna~ has the BEST sauces 100%Geisha~ great texture, nice go to rollAsuka Bazooka~ we tend to like creative flavor melds but we never would have thought of adding bacon to sushi before and it really works. The jalapeños were a bit spicy, but it was well balanced.Three Musketeers~ visually it looks like too much to tobiko but when you eat a piece it melds perfectly with the quantity of fish in the roll.Tempura Lobster~ was good and exactly as described. It just maybe needed another layer of flavor or texture to really make it sing like the other rolls we enjoyed.The best part of the night was when our son got 'hired' to advertise! He truly does Eat. Sleep. Sushi. Repeat. and he LOVES the Poseidon sushi. Mino goes above and beyond with an entire section of vegetable rolls with substance to them. The server was highly attentive and topped off our waters often. “We ordered on DoorDash. The bag was stapled at the top to be held upwards but the food was sideways. My rolls got soaked in sauce. Not a terrible thing but I’d prefer they were crispy. Highly recommend a different bagging/to go technique. The food was delicious nonetheless. I enjoyed everything in my bento box. The miso soup was good too. The dumplings were tasty but i had to pick out the beans/green vegetables was on it. Personal preference but other than that i will definitely order again. “We love ramen. We drive by (drool by more like) Yokai bistro all the time and finally found the time to drop in. Talk about delayed gratification. I got the yokai and others tonkatsu and miso. We all slurped it up, as should be done. The broth was rich with umami, noodles futsuu, chasu pork braised tender, eggs cooked perfect. So good. The staff was very nice and friendly. They did get rid of their sweet and sour soup which is my favorite, so eventually I’ll probably try somewhere new (this place is just a two minute drive from my house so it wins out of convenience) I wouldn’t say it’s the best food but it’s good- I don’t like my food over seasoned and like to actually taste the food though- their ingredients seem to be fresh and good quality, great quality veggies which is why I like it here.HOWEVER they have a really annoying cash only policy. If your order is below $10 you have to pay cash. Who carries cash?! I tried to order yesterday, my order was $8.50 and they wouldn’t allow me to order because I didn’t have cash! Which seems really crazy and bad for their business to turn down orders over a credit card fee? Just charge me the fifty cents to use a card, who cares.“
“The chef and server were very friendly and efficient. I had an array of different dishes and they all had great presentation aswell as flavor. I’d recommend their coconut shrimp because it comes with this coconut sauce that is to die for. The crab ragoons were so hot and crabby cream cheesy. Delicious. Miso soup is an obvious staple and they have a good soup. Anyway 9/10 only thing was the salmon roe sushi’s seaweed was too chewy. Other than that it was great.“
