“For awhile, there was some turnover in the cook staff and the service and food was not very good to be honest. Some of these issues seem to have been fixed and changes have been made for the better. Service is much faster and food quality has improved. If you haven't been there in some time, give it another chance. I'm glad to be patronizing again.“

“My family and I love coming to J&B's! We live in MD which is about a 45 minute drive for us and we literally come to PA just to eat here. My husband and I actually found this place a few years ago when going to the Amish market and wanted a good breakfast spot. We have never been disappointed with the food and the service is always amazing! Highly reccomend if you're looking for a place that has great food, services and is reasonably priced.“

“rode our motorcycle down from York PA last night for a nice small meal. Wife had the BBQ flat bread Pizza and I have a Quesadilla and a beer each. Service was spot on as we sat at the high top tables. Server (she) was amazing and we left a 40% tip. Grew up in Freeland just down the road and always stop here when we can.“

“Came into this place on a whim today, and SO glad I did! The thin crust pizza was amazing - brought home half and it crisped right back up when I reheated it. Also had a cheese steak Stromboli which was delish. The Italian sub I had needed more meat and cheese inside of it, but good flavors. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!“

“We went on 2/8/25. Staying at the Hampton inn for a dance comp. Our waiter, unfortunately l, didn’t catch his name was absolutely AMAZING! More people kept getting added to our party, he, without hesitation, added more tables and chairs. He took our orders and separated the checks without us even asking. He just really went above and beyond and was amazing! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Thank you again! Food and drinks were 10/10!“

“This restaurant is Excellent in Every category! I have Never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The food is just as great as the view overlooking the golf course. There is plenty of seating, a large game room and many options! The bathrooms are clean and the waiters and waitresses are excellent! Honestly, I don’t know how anyone could knock this place. In my book it is Top Notch on all levels!“

“Great food, great service, and great prices. Got the steak and eggs and man that steak was definitely done correctly. They have plenty of choices for jams for the bread, including apple butter which I don't see everywhere. We had Parker as our waiter and he was very kind, made sure to get all our details correct.
Parking: Parking is a little bit complicated since it's not a straightforward lot, but there's a decent amount of spots.“

“We were looking for good food, at decent prices, and great service. We found it here. The wait staff was exceptional. Drinks automatically filled, and the burger was way better than other places, including those who market themselves as burger places. It has a sports bar atmosphere and the food was exceptional.“

“We visited last month with friends and enjoyed it so much we came back this month as just a couple. The food is always fantastic and great portions. Our waitress Sue was incredible! She was so friendly and we enjoyed talking with her. We can’t wait to come back again“
