“Thank You. On 2/20 you opened your banquet room early for our family to get together after my mom’s service. Mom and Dad truly loved your restaurant and Lions Pride. They were a Monday night regular for your chicken and waffles for mom. And they even enjoyed their 60th wedding anniversary party here a couple years back. The food and hospitality were amazing. I am Thankful and grateful for everyone coming in early for this special occasion. Big shout out to Betsey and Kesey. You are both kind hearted and the service was outstanding. “Came into this place on a whim today, and SO glad I did! The thin crust pizza was amazing - brought home half and it crisped right back up when I reheated it. Also had a cheese steak Stromboli which was delish. The Italian sub I had needed more meat and cheese inside of it, but good flavors. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. “We found this place in 2018 when we were in state working. We have come back several times over the years when passing through for great food. We have stayed at the Inn a few times as well. We always have amazing food and drinks here and the owner Dave is wonderful to talk to. We hope to be able to keep coming back here again and again. It never disappoints!!“

The reception menu was impressive—the beef dish received rave reviews from my tablemate, and even though I don’t eat beef, I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken, salad, and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious! The restaurant's ambiance was comfortable, and it seamlessly accommodated over 50 guests for the event. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Roosevelt Tavern.

“Went on a busy Friday night but hostess was able to accommodate myself and two daughters. I was in a rush and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service by the wait staff and kitchen. Everyone was pleasant, food was excellent (kids had burgers and fries and I had the chicken sandwich). Had a long drive home and we arrived at 7:15 and left by 7:50 with full bellies, fun atmosphere, great staff… which was ideal! Highly recommended!“

“My husband and I have been coming here once or twice a year for many years, we used to bring our kids when they were younger after a mini golf game at Jim Macks. We always get the same thing, my husband gets a large pepperoni pizza and I get a cheesesteak hoagie. We always think maybe we will try something else but we end up getting our usual because we love it. Always friendly service and don't mind waiting a little longer for the pizza.“

The loaded fries were a 10/10. The surf and turf cheesesteak received a 9.5/10 from my son. My daughter and I both gave the mild wings a 9/10. We are happy some of our leftovers made it all the way home and we will be back for sure!“

I never had French toast and sausage with a nice crunch to it after putting on your syrup, and the sausage was not spicy at all. Thank you for a very good breakfast.“
