I cannot even begin to express how grateful we are for the kindness and exceptional service provided by Jim & Nena's. After a failed delivery with GrubHub it was much needed!! They were patient with GrubHub and my husband as all 3 worked together in rectifying the situation (which was no fault of the restaurant). they have great food but instead of my breaded cauliflower they gave me breaded mushrooms 😭
Placed a order from the store on east Philadelphia st and the order was wrong did not have the fixings it should of had
