“Tried this hidden gem in O’Fallon, MO for the first time for Free Pretzel Day and honestly these have been the best pretzels I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back to try more of their delicious looking menu items. The owners are also very friendly and welcoming, it felt like I walked into a family member’s house with how happy they were to see us. “This location is unique in my opinion. And I like it!A few things to note. If you are not in a hurry to go anywhere. Order from here.When I first looked at the building. I didn't know it was Auntie Anne’s location. I almost passed on going in until I saw someone walk out with a bag of their pretzels. So, with that being said—It looks like they are closed (even on the days they are open — weekends only — please check Auntie Anne’s for correct hours or any updates).When you walk inside you will see no pretzels on display. Which, is fine. This is where the patience comes into play because the pretzels are made to order!!!I've been a few times since my first visit and it took them only 7-10 minutes to hand me my hot and fresh pretzel!!! I've enjoyed them every single time. No complaints! I prefer it that way instead of having the pretzels sit out over a heated light to stay warm all day.The consistency of the pretzel taste is there. However, my only issue is that I **believe** the pretzels are thinner (still doughy but not as thick) compared to other locations like the mall or airport.Other than that. The staff is very kind! and also ready to take your once you approach the counter.I will visit them every time I'm in the area and craving an Auntie Anne’s pretzel.“

“The new owner at this location, Lou, was very kind and accommodating. I had placed an order for pretzels online a few weeks ago while the store was under the previous ownership. My order was unable to be completed due to the equipment being down on the day I was supposed to pick it up. I was told by the old owner that he would leave my receipt at the front and I could come in and pick up the pretzels anytime. (after the equipment was fixed) I stopped in yesterday to find a new owner and no record of any reciept at the "front". I explained the situation to Lou and although he didn't even own the store at that time, he wanted to make it right and sympathized with my situation. He seems like a stand up guy and good honest business owner. Good luck! We will be back“

I was having a bad day after a poor experience from another establishment but I must say the staff here lifted my spirits just by being who they are. Thank you!!“

“I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced at the Springfield location of the Pretzel Factory. On June 11, 2025 I visited the store expecting a quick and courteous transaction. Unfortunately, what I encountered was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. While several customers, including myself, waited in line to be served, an employee named ALFONZO was openly using his phone and not acknowledging anyone. When someone tried to get his attention, he casually flagged us off as if we were bothering him. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no sense of urgency or respect for customers. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful, it drives customers away. In a time when businesses rely heavily on customer loyalty and word of mouth, employees should be representing the brand with professionalism and basic courtesy. I strongly urge management to address this issue and ensure that staff are trained—or retrained—on the importance of customer service. If this is the type of behavior that is tolerated, I will not be returning, and I will certainly discourage others from doing so. Sincerely,“

“I took my nephew here today and he passed out on the car ride there and it’s mid nap time I did not want to wake him up and the young girl behind the counter Olivia was so sweet she even brought the food and water ice out to the car because I didn’t want to wake him up just to grab the food! Every single time I’m there it’s always an amazing experience all the workers are very sweet. A friend and I just went there two days ago for some water ice and another amazing Experience! Plus they definitely have the best water ice and food!!!! Highly Highly HIGHLY recommend if you haven’t been there before you need to go and check it out!!!! They even have a cute little outdoor seating area! Thank you Chloes Corner for always making it a pleasure to come back!“
