Typically I have always experienced a feeling of appreciation when I visit the Philly Pretzel Factory in Bear, DE or Middletown, DE BUT, today my visit to the Middletown, DE location left me feeling unappreciated and in fact like I was being a pest. I stopped into the store in order to redeem my ‘celebrate the Eagles win’ coupon. I purchased the 5 pretzels and received 5 free. The pretzels were cold and hard. Tried this hidden gem in O’Fallon, MO for the first time for Free Pretzel Day and honestly these have been the best pretzels I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back to try more of their delicious looking menu items.
The owners are also very friendly and welcoming, it felt like I walked into a family member’s house with how happy they were to see us. This type of authenticity is not common nowadays so I’d definitely recommend Philly Pretzel Factory 🥰

We love your pretzels fresh and warm. Today I stopped and was very disappointed. The pretzels are hard like a stale left over. Please fresh and warm or at least fresh not hard. Thank you
