“Though there was a mixup at first with our delivery driver, (my apologies for not updating the delivery instructions), the burgers were just as good as I remembered. As I told my husband last night, the burgers taste how Burger King wants to be. Flame grilled, flavorful, and always a double. I didn’t see an option to add cheese and bacon to my fries like there used to be but the fries were delicious regardless. My husband and I trailed off from getting delivery from this restaurant since the pandemic ended but perhaps after our dinner last night we’ll pick things back up. I miss my lava burger but the jalapeño burger was a nice substitute. Husband got the south Philly. Also, wasn’t there an option to switch your patty choice from beef to turkey? I digress. Still a five star meal. Might use DoorDash next time instead of Slice to avoid delivery confusion.“

“We ordered fahead from Nifty Fifties for a department meeting. We gave a time for pick up. The order was ready, everything was perfect. The milkshakes were cold and a big hit with everyone. “Ok so I’ve been twice the first time I went I wasn’t too sure if I liked the double smash burger so I went back and I can say I now know why! This time I got the double heat smash burger. The smash patty itself was very bland, no seasoning not even salt and pepper, the house sauce which goes on the burger isn’t spread nor sweet enough you can hardly taste the relish, and the heat sauce was mid it literally had no flavor just spice. The fries and the milkshake are pretty good tho as well as the customer service!“

“You can always count on great grub from Del Rossi’s. The pizza is great but the cheesesteaks are my favorite. On my last visit I went with my usual…regular steak with grilled onions. The meat to cheese to bread ratio is exactly right at this place. Delicious and high quality. Best steak in the city in my opinion.“

“Huge fan, I’ve never had a bad sandwich at Johnny Hot’s, until today 8/30/24. I was supposed to have just pork roll on a steak roll with spicy mustard, no egg and no cheese. The pork roll is usually cut very thin with a nice braise on it. It had egg & cheese on it. The egg & cheese were warm the meat was cool, no grill color to it. By the time I took the egg & cheese off there was hardly any pork roll, very disappointed. It was “no change” Friday, so I gave my apprentice 15 dollars for a sandwich I couldn’t even eat.“

“Me and my daughter tried shake shack for our first time. Food was good, chicken was really good, (a little too greasy for my daughters liking) but she loved it. The fries were very good also, Shakes were also good. A little on the pricey side. But that's ok if you want a decent meal.“

On this occasion I was at the front register when an employee that was preparing an order started towards me with his gloves still on to take my order. Another employee stated he would take my order and he immediately took his gloves off so he could work the register. That’s a Five (5) stars in my book. Some places the employees think that those gloves are to be never taken off, touching rags, registers, etc and then touching food. The name on the ticket was James R. Thank you James R!! “It was a early afternoon lunch for my wife and I as we had business in the area and we decided on Wilson's and what a surprise right from the start the location was great the inside decor was exceptionally really nice clean and fitting for a barbecue restaurant the atmosphere and service was great as well a big shout out and thanks to Kelly our server who was more than gracious in making sure we were taking care of as for the food I hand the brisket cheese steak I highly recomened trying its a winner ! My wife had the brisket tacos she loved them both were coupled with the secret barbecue sauce which is a standout we had two orders of wings and fried pickles for our appetizers both had great flavor and were well made some of the best that I've had any were .. While some places rely on their choice of bread to carry their cheese steaks, Jim's West puts it all out there with their meat. The juicy, delicious flavor of every bite reminds you who's the star. They also make a homemade banana pudding that you have to come back for! Don't be off if you see thru the door a lot of ppl squeezed inside waiting. Beside the kitchen area, there's little room but to order and move along with the line to pickup and pay. The employees are really fun and eager to serve, and work hard to keep things going and deliver good food. I'd definitely would return.“
