“Though there was a mixup at first with our delivery driver, (my apologies for not updating the delivery instructions), the burgers were just as good as I remembered. As I told my husband last night, the burgers taste how Burger King wants to be. Flame grilled, flavorful, and always a double. I didn’t see an option to add cheese and bacon to my fries like there used to be but the fries were delicious regardless. My husband and I trailed off from getting delivery from this restaurant since the pandemic ended but perhaps after our dinner last night we’ll pick things back up. I miss my lava burger but the jalapeño burger was a nice substitute. Husband got the south Philly. Also, wasn’t there an option to switch your patty choice from beef to turkey? I digress. Still a five star meal. Might use DoorDash next time instead of Slice to avoid delivery confusion.“

“We ordered fahead from Nifty Fifties for a department meeting. We gave a time for pick up. The order was ready, everything was perfect. The milkshakes were cold and a big hit with everyone. I previously had a lunch there and the food was fresh and tasty. I recommended Nifty Fifty's so I am glad it was a good enjoyable choice for all.“

“Ok so I’ve been twice the first time I went I wasn’t too sure if I liked the double smash burger so I went back and I can say I now know why! This time I got the double heat smash burger. The smash patty itself was very bland, no seasoning not even salt and pepper, the house sauce which goes on the burger isn’t spread nor sweet enough you can hardly taste the relish, and the heat sauce was mid it literally had no flavor just spice. The fries and the milkshake are pretty good tho as well as the customer service!“

“Title says it all. The food is pretty standard fast food fare, but it’s all very good. I LOVE the chili and the sauces. The prices are also pretty fair. Love having a fast food vegan option for those days when cooking isn’t happening. Only downside is that it can feel a little hectic in Whole Foods while you’re waiting for your order.“

“You can always count on great grub from Del Rossi’s. The pizza is great but the cheesesteaks are my favorite. On my last visit I went with my usual…regular steak with grilled onions. The meat to cheese to bread ratio is exactly right at this place. Delicious and high quality. Best steak in the city in my opinion.“

“Huge fan, I’ve never had a bad sandwich at Johnny Hot’s, until today 8/30/24. I was supposed to have just pork roll on a steak roll with spicy mustard, no egg and no cheese. The pork roll is usually cut very thin with a nice braise on it. It had egg & cheese on it. The egg & cheese were warm the meat was cool, no grill color to it. By the time I took the egg & cheese off there was hardly any pork roll, very disappointed. It was “no change” Friday, so I gave my apprentice 15 dollars for a sandwich I couldn’t even eat.“

“The vibe of the restaurant is very nice and I was immediately greeted when I walked to the counter. The man was super friendly and walked me through the menu since it was my first time here. The customer service was top notch the whole time I was in the restaurant. They brought my Smashburger and Fries to my table and took my tray away when I was finished. “After reading about the real estate and trademark dispute in the law journal recently I decided to drive to Philly and visit the original Jim’s Steak West from 1939 that predates Jim’s South Street. Cool back story and legal wrangling to resuscitate this business. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the business started to fill up as Church let out with everybody in their Sunday best. Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak, Kosher Hoagie and Banana pudding which was all delicious.“
