I've been critical of Trenton style tomato pies in the past... usually covered with overpowering, acidic, cheap tomato sauce and barely a dusting of "parmesan" cheese. Trios' pies are a whole other level above that. Their crust is thin and crusty. They use amazingly sweet crushed tomatoes. The toppings are very Italian.
