“It's a nice little place to get a sandwich or a drink. There are plenty of booths and a bar to sit at in Glenside. This is a staple in Glenside that has been here for years. This is a Hallmark place to go to for a dinner or a snack or a cold drink. Everyone knows the Pub.“

Tried the mystery wine, a gamble that didn't pay off for us, it was like a fruit wine. Safer with the white. Staff and service were excellent. Friendly place and enjoyed chatting to some locals. Worth a visit and glad we searched it out.“

Byrne's makes the best wings in Philadelphia. They fall right off the bone, and they come drenched in the most perfectly balanced, tangy and spicy house-made buffalo sauce. It's the only sauce option they have, so you KNOW it's good.

They have a sizable menu, but I haven't tried a lot of their food yet because every time I'm there, I can't help but just eat an ungodly amount of wings. If you're planning on visiting this place, do yourself a favor and try the wings!“

“Have been a couple times and had the excellent wings. This time I asked the bartender Emily for a non-wing suggestion and she mentioned the Southwest Chicken Panini. I went with that and was glad that I did. The habanero bacon jam was legit. Emily was very attentive even with the gradually growing crowd she had to pour for. Total rock star! Will definitely be coming back.“

I opened the door and was greeted by a friend who performs at so many local drinking establishments in Northeast Philly. As it was a spontaneous decision to go here I was very surprised to see him. Located on Rhawn Street off of Frankford Avenue in Mayfair/Holmesburg. It has an latge open area for music and dancing with long straight bar. I didn't have the food so I can't rate it. Our barmaid/server Laurie was friendly, witty and an excellent host. I met several friendly and engaging people here and will surely stop back.“

“I stopped in here during Happy Hour one Friday afternoon and had a very enjoyable time. I met some friendly people and engaged in some good conversations with the regular customers. Mostly concerning sports and alcohol beverages. All three bartenders were excellent servers and quickly replenished our drinks. “Been to Graham's about a dozen times over the past three years and I can say it's consistent and what you expect if you know what to expect. Typically I've gone later in the evening and on slower weeknights so I cannot say exactly what the crowd, service, or food would be like on a busy Friday or Saturday evening in primetime. But the management and staff have always been friendly, the food, particularly anything that comes on a roll, is good, and the prices are great, especially considering you're a few minutes away from Chestnut Hill, the ritziest neighborhood in Philadelphia, as well as the start of some fancy-schmancy burbs. If you like hole-in-the wall no b.s. bars with decent food and fair prices that attracts local - check this place out.“

“$18 for 12 wings — not loving that price tag.
To make it worse, one of the twelve was a total runt — tiny, scrawny, barely any meat. So it was more like 11 wings.

The rest were a decent size — plenty of meat, which is really their saving grace. But they weren’t cooked evenly. A few were overdone and dry, while others were fine. The sauce could’ve definitely used another toss, too. They came out a little dry and the flavor was just… basic. Greasy, too. Honestly, if they used a copycat of S&H’s wing sauce, then the price would make sense.

Got my boys a small personal pizza — pretty much what you’d expect for a bar-style pie. Nothing bad, nothing standout.

The real MVP? The hand-cut fries!!!

“Daly’s has 3 Diamond 7’ pool tables in the bar area, which is a huge plus. My team played in an APA tournament there last weekend and the tables play great. The service was excellent. The prices are right. The food is bar food. I’d go back and hang out in a Friday night for pool and beer. Also, pretty solid beer selection.“

“I love going here. I am not a bar person but I come in to see my friends on Sunday. I remembered my friends told me to come and watch the game. The owner was making food on the grill. It was nice. I enjoyed it. I come back every week. I never write a review. I should have done this back in September. I know I am late with this. Love this bar.“

“What a great happy hour! The bartenders are attentive and personable. The bartender, who was serving us, made a special drink for my wife who wanted something with vodka. He nailed it and she loved it. The Ripp fries are an absolute must if you want a delicious bar snack. We also tried the squash blossom (recommended by the bartender) and it was amazing. Definitely a must go!“

“Castle Roxx is my go to stop. Every time I come I have a great experience. All of the bar tenders always are amazing and work so hard to make my experience the best in Manayunk. Eric and Vinny are two of my favorite bar tenders. They make even the slowest nights the most fun. I normally come during the week, as opposed to the weekends, and I never regret it.“

“The Bridesburg Pub for years is a fun place to go. There is always people that you know in there. This particular late day into night visit was awesome with our bartender, Tony, who we were all meeting for the first time. He was very friendly, attentive to our drinks, just a great guy!. My girlfriend and I were on a Chambord kick and I was impressed that they had that liqueur and Tony was no stranger in making my Chambord Sours and Debbie’s French Martini’s.

Parking: We found spots right by the Bridesburg Pub. It was Labor Day Weekend also.“

“I had dinner with my wife on Friday night. We live 2 blocks away. Normally we stop in to a have few drinks and get some apps, which are always good. Last night I tried some of the dinner choices. I couldn’t decide so I got the Seafood Gumbo which was outstanding. Then I got the Southern Fried CatFish with the mustard sauce, which was amazing. They were both big portions, (I didn’t finish either, although I tried, haha). My wife had buffalo cauliflower and dry Cajun wings which were both really good. The food is a hidden gem that we have in Palmyra, the prices are good and the service is always great. We had the young guy with hat and he was awesome. The bartenders even jump out to make sure the tables are ok. The acoustic guy playing was just right also. I know the owners have worked hard to keep 5 West going the last few years. Keep up the Great work!!“
