“Isaac's is one of our favorite places in Newtown! Great place to take the whole fam: from seniors to toddlers. There is something for everyone (think diner menu) and the beer list is extensive. Surprisingly, the mixed drinks were very good as well. The fries are perfect: crispy, well-seasoned, and not greasy.Is it fine dining? No. But it's one of the best sit-down, family dining places around.“
“OMG What a great job Cathy has done at the temp. Her staff are awesome food is great beers are cold and the place is just welcoming! Now she has added another awesome touch to the place. “A cool local pub that serves amongst other things, pork roll sanwiches. I had never had a pork roll and so on a whim was suggested to try The Pines Tavern and it was pretty good. The service was exceptional, super friendly staff behind the bar, which I always appreciate.“
“We were out of towners stuck during Thanksgiving and stopped in here for lunch and a drink. We sat out back on the patio enjoying the view of the river til we got too cold. First of all - this might have been the best chicken pot pie I’ve had, and I’ve had a few. Secondly, everyone who worked there was beyond hospitable and so great. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back in New Jersey but if I am I’m B-lining it here to eat another pot pie ?“
“We held a birthday celebration for my Wife at the Vault in their private event room. We hosted over 50 guests and the room was perfect for a party of that size. Plenty of seating throughout, and the room was nice and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed themselves and raved about the food! Last, but not least, Sarah and the entire staff at the Vault that took care of us for the 3 hour event were awesome! Helpful and attentive and making sure the experience for everyone was great. Sarah was communicative and helpful in putting together the event as well. I would recommend using the Vault for a private event. We are very happy with how everything turned out!“
“We love Steam Pub. Thank you so much to Chris for making things right with our order we had from takeout. We thought things were missing and Chris went above and beyond to fix it. It turned out that it was our mistake and when we went back to give back the gift card and wine he had given us he would not take it back. We go to Steam almost weekly and this kindness and amazing customer service guarantees we will continue to be loyal customers. Our sincerest apologies to all who prepped our order correctly. “I’ve been here three times and each one was great. I made a reservation for my birthday dinner a few days early and had to add a few people last minute; they made it work and fit us all in. The lentil burger is delightful, the beer cheese in the pretzel platter and doghouse fries is delicious, and the feta and hummus appetizer is also delectable. Drinks are strong, staff is lovely.“
“I called ahead to schedule a team lunch for our out of state hockey team (total of 36 people, about half were kids). They were extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and set up a plan to make sure we were able to order and pay for each family efficiently.I sent our orders in 24hrs in advance by family hockey number and when we arrived, everything went so smoothly!!! Pitchers of water were already on the tables, additional drink orders quickly taken, and food started to come quickly. “This is my favorite hang out in Southampton. They have pbr on tap for 2.50 3 pool tables, a dart board, golden tee, and a pinball machine. Lots of tvs to look at . Something going on every night from a band or solo artist, karaoke, quizzo or bear pong just to name a few. Good service. The food is awesome and they have different discounts though out the day.“
“Came in for lunch and sat at the bar. It's a pretty large restaurant. The bar side has a pool table. There's also an arcade for kids. We ordered wings, French dip, and pork belly tacos. All were delicious. The wings were huge, crispy, and the Sriracha chili sauce was awesome! Food came out quickly. The bartender was pleasant and attentive. The total bill for lunch with drinks was on par with other restaurants in the area. We'll be back when we're in the area again.“
“Phinney's is a great bar nice crowd and good menu I just think a bar like that and the kitchen should be connected and the cook shouldn't be a separate issue from the bar.... you should still have to order thru the cook because sometimes the bartender is busy too be taken orders“

“I'm a sucker for Dives lol. Higher-end bars, city rooftops and lounges all have their place, but so do local dive bars lol. Calm casual atmosphere, not smoky or anything inside. Plenty of pool tables and keno that locals play. I got breakfast. Eggs were great, and toast was perfect. Very reasonably priced. People weren't used to newbies coming in but were very friendly. It's a good place to try out if hiking the Canal Path!“
“Not crazy about Jakes in Newtown therefore I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed the Richboro location as much as I did. Service was right on. Pleasant, friendly and efficient...just what good services is all about. My feta omelette was cooked perfectly and quite good. The restaurant is larger in the inside than what it looks like from the outside. Three rooms with a bar in the 3rd room. Lots of comfortable booths. Looks like it could use some modernizing but still comfy and clean. I think of Jakes as a breakfast restaurant so I was surprised to see a full bar and open till 10pm. For a "breakfast" restaurant I give it 4.5 stars...rounding it up to 5.“
“Great bar. My favorite place to chill and work via my laptop while I wait for my kids to finish practice. Staff is friendly and attentive. You can tell it is managed really well. Food is great. I recommend the chicken pot pie (Tuesday night special) and the Caesar salad with steak.“
“The "new" Raven is a much cleaner place. And by cleaner I mean theres no smoking. In addition, this used to be a regular spot for The Breed MC. That is also no more. Dancers are all in the 5-7 range but if you are slick it is very easy to serve up some mashed potato. just say to yourself "Pay to Play...Play to Win" and you will have a great time. Fun place to shoot pool as well!“
“Lovely local bar and eatery. We ordered wings, extra hot and honey hot, and also the buffalo chicken wrap and crispy chicken wrap. The food was delicious and we will definitely go back. Unfortunately there was only one person there and she was doing everything herself, so it was a bit slow. I must add that she was apologetic and super sweet.I recommend this place to everyone ?“
