“Had an amazing Chicken Shawarma Bowl at King of Falafel. Been contemplating whether to order a pita sandwich or a salad, but the Bowl was the perfect compromise. Chunks of chicken shawarma on top of vegetables and yellow rice. Tahini on top! Delicious!!!“

From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed by a huge, beautifully maintained property filled with stunning landscaping, colorful flowers, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the scenery. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and create the perfect setting for a day at the vineyard.

The wines are delicious, with something for every taste, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice selection of appetizers available for purchase.

We visited with a group of 14 people, and the staff accommodated us with ease. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience.

“I love this place! I work locally in Newtown and people often ask me where to go for lunch and I always recommend Issac Newton’s. Everything is delicious and consistent. This week I order lunch with a coworker and it was a bit pricey for a lunch at work. We ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp which was $22+each and wanted extra dressing on the side for +2.00 each. I will say that Isaac Newton’s has the best Caesar salad around but a little expensive for a work lunch. I’ll let my husband pay for that in the future. Did I mention the seasoned fries? That are amazing with the dipping sauce! I have to get them everytime. Issac Newton’s is my favorite restaurant in Newtown and will always refer people there.“

“nice atmosphere in general. food was good for the most part although lobster tail was mushy. appetizers were delicious. more than the mishaps with food the service was extremely slow. had a 5:45 reservation. main course came about at 7:30. the staff is friendly. they were overly crowded so guessing that's why they were so slow. this is my second time here. first experience about a year ago was top notch. overall I'd dine here again just to see if that most recent visit was a fluke.“

“This is my first time at Oishi in years and my expectations were shattered. I sat at the bar. The space is just as refined and modern as I remember. The sushi is delicate and fresh, the specialty rolls were a highlight offering a unique balance of flavor and texture. I appreciated the variety of options, although they need to update their menu options. Having said that, my bartender Matt was extremely helpful with his insight and knowledge. I appreciated their fresh take on cocktails and a varied selection of sake and wine. I will be back soon.“

“We have been going to Dragon of Newtown for over 15 years and it has been consistently great. The food is always freshly prepared and usually ready in 15 -20 min. Solid go-to when you don’t have time to cook after work or want to stay in on a weekend.“
