“The place has a very unique look and feel but the staff was welcoming.

There is street parking but we later saw a parking lot around the other side of the building. It probably would have been easier to park in the lot. The street was fairly crowded.

The bartender was working both the bar and the dining room and she was super busy but she checked on us a few times and we never really found ourselves waiting too long for anything.

The dining room was separated from the bar area so that's good.

This was our first time here.

We showed up for the wings which are top notch. Super saucy, cooked well, and tasty.

The cowboy fries where a table favorite. Boardwalk style fries with shaved beef, brown gravy, and cheese.

The buffalo fried shrimp a table favorite. Simple... Fried shrimp covered in buffalo sauce.

Very good beer battered onion rings. Not that bread crumb crappy stuff.

We had a party of 4 and everyone was happy with the food and the cocktails.

No complaining from us about anything. We will return for food some time again in the future.“

“This restaurant is Excellent in Every category! I have Never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The food is just as great as the view overlooking the golf course. There is plenty of seating, a large game room and many options! The bathrooms are clean and the waiters and waitresses are excellent! Honestly, I don’t know how anyone could knock this place. In my book it is Top Notch on all levels!“

“We went there yesterday evening after a bike ride on the trail and decided to grab some food from here for the first time. We had their ice cream before and it was good! We got some dinner food also this time and it was so good!! We loved how the inside looked! And it was so cute when the server came out with my son’s dinner, it was in a vintage looking car food box! My son loved it. My husband and I also played a little game of uno while we waited that they had on the table. The staff there were really friendly and helpful! Our experience there was really good! Highly recommend eating here or just stopping by for some ice cream!!“

“My son and I went there our first time today, we didn’t have time to sit and onion like planned but when we were able to the sub was huge and fries perfect! He’s already wanting to go back and try a new sub!“

“I often come to the central market but this is my first time eating here. I'll definitely be back from here on! The customer service was wonderful, I felt like I stopped at a family friends house for a quick bite. I got a fish sandwich combo, they let me sub the fries out with tater tots and the drink I chose was a strawberry lemonade. It has been a while since I've had tater tots, these were absolutely delicious! They were fresh made to order, not greasy or overly fried and the seasoning was light and delicious. The fish sandwich was also very delicious, and I loved that the cheese was nicely melted and the fish was hot and fresh; paired with the tarter sauce made it even better. I also appreciate that they had other options aside from soda, as someone who's both trying to drink less soda and prefers something more refreshing during hot days- the strawberry lemonade really left me feeling hydrated and refreshed despite the hot weather that's already beginning to brew. “Be careful if going here. It looks like they are having real issues with trouble makers, which can happen with any tavern along the river. About 10 days ago they confronted a person outside who refused to pay. That guy pulled a gun on the employee and threatened to shoot them in the head. Look online, you'll see the news story. We went there with another couple anyway for supper aware of the situation that possibly the management wasn't able to keep the trouble out of the place. Within minutes Courtney had our drinks at the table and placed our food orders ... and then some white trash at the bar left out a super loud screech or whistle looking for attention. It was bad. Then he did it again a few minutes later and left. One more time and I'd have gotten involved. The owner needs to hire some beefy enforcement right now to keep a handle on this or the place is going to get a reputation like the Bainbridge Inn as a good place to raise hell and start a fight. NOT date night atmosphere.“

“Papa's hooked me up the other night. I came in close to closing time and asked for a couple slices. They had sold out, but did offer to bake me some fresh pizza. I paid for 2 slices, but they were good enough to provide me with the whole pie! They couldn't have been nicer about it and really helped me out after a long day. These guys deserve your business.“
