“I would like to do the pros first because there are a few. The building is beautiful and nicely done. Our waitress worked hard. My French toast was great and my omelette was good. The cons: I would have addressed this with the staff because it’s not fair to have complaints and just do reviews but I was with someone who never says anything and would have been embarrassed if I had. But how will a business improve if they don’t get feedback? To start, my bagel was cold and hard. Left most of it. My home fries were cold. The pancakes were cold. Our waitress did everything: took orders, delivered meals, refilled coffees (when she had time which wasn’t often), set out ketchup bottles on all the tables, cleared and wiped tables…all while another young girl stood behind the bar talking all about herself to a customer and did nothing to help. We aren’t from the area so I’m not sure we’ll have the opportunity to be back but if we do get to Erie again I’d certainly give them another try.“

“I would like to say a Big Thank You to the subway in Harborcreek Pa. I stopped in there last minute to see if I could order a sub platter and they where more then willing to do it for me on short notice. The subs where so fresh and absolutely delicious. I also have to say the presentation of the subs where awesome. This was my first time ordering one of these platters and would definitely do it again. The saff was great and this location is always so clean thats why I choose to drive the extra miles cause it's well worth it. Thank You again. You guys Rock!“

“I've been to Mexico many times and always loved the street food. This place is the closest to the food I have had in Mexico by far! Lovely people who own and run this place. I really hope they make it big! I want them around for many years to come.“

“we got here kinda late, but they were very accommodating. we ate dine-in, the manager, I believe she was, actually made a fresh pot of coffee for us and apologized for not having any fish when we asked for the 2 spicy fish sandwiches for $6.00 special but offered us the two classic roast beef instead..... “We went to Arby's. Ordered three Classic Roast Beef sandwiches. Took home the extra one. Our dog, Annie, decided she wanted her roast beef too! Our 8 year old mini red dapple doxie (((helped herself))) to the sandwich. Ate the whole thing. :) She enjoyed every bite and so did we. The best part of this is that Annie has a lot of food allergies. She only eats sweet potatoes, prescription dog food, oatmeal and venison. In order to eat the prescription dog food she needs an antihistamine. When she ate the Classic Roast Beef, she was able to eat it without being medicated! So this story has an amazing ending. Annie found herself some quality meat. A great source of protein. Thanks Arby's for making quality roast beef. Annie will surely be back! :) She's a happy Diva dog tonight! :)“

“I ordered delivery, and whenever I do that, I expect the food to show up a little lukewarm, I understand delivery logistics can get messy. That's an unwritten price I pay for being lazy and not leaving the house.

The food I ordered showed up, in full, nothing missing, piping hot.

Whatever that crew did/is doing, keep it up. It's working.

“I didn't get the ladies name who took our order, but she had glasses and dark brown hair an was on the shorter side, but she gave us impeccable service. She was so nice and accommodating, gave us great suggestions and help. She's a 5 star employee!“

“I didn't catch her name but she had long, beautiful braided hair and did an amazing job. She was clearly trained well and I appreciate her dedication to sanitary standards. Everything was executed perfectly from her greating when we enter, to the preparation of the sandwich and again excellent service at check out.“
