We came here because it was close to our hotel and was highly recommended by people living in the area. We had liver and onions, which the men said was fantastic. We had a fried shrimp basket that had so much shrimp that couldn’t finish it. The salads were fresh and tasty and the meal came with rice pudding. Wonderful breakfast stop. There was plenty of parking and they are located very convenient to the highway. The service was quick and the staff was helpful and friendly. The portions are large and stratifying, with great coffee. We stopped in twice while we were staying in the area.

My husband considers himself an onion soup expert since his version is frequently requested by family members. He has tasted onion soup in many restaurants in many states but this is the FIRST time I have ever caught him sipping the last of the broth with his straw! We both devoured our thick reuben sandwiches. If in the area again we would return for the same meal. There was nothing outstanding about the service.
