One of the leads was not that kind to a woman infront of me, the woman apologized for not ordering properly because she had never been to a Jersey Mike's before and was taking a bit longer. I too had never been to Jersey Mike's and also didn't know how things worked. Everyone else was kind. We all have bad days, hope the young lady has a better rest or her week.“
